In my opinion, organists are some of our most talented musicians, playing one of the most complex and challenging instruments. Organists are also the lone wolf, going on stage solo, yet having an entire orchestra at their fingertips. It is a truly one of a kind environment.
NAILED IT!!!
If I could have at least one gift in music it would become a consummate organist like this man! Amazing and so full of colour! Jonathan Scott definitely proves that, in the right, meaning best hands, and feet, the pipe organ is the King of Instruments!
Absolutely, assuredly, floor-punching, jaw-dropping AMAZING!!! WOW!!
Took me a minute, but bam! That is from JSB’ last violin sonata… first movement… great stuff! I want the piano score… and the organ score… too cool!
This is the fastest performance of this piece I've ever heard! Yow!
I too though it may have been too fast but the phrasing wasn't lost. You have to play to the acoustics of the hall and this worked, it wasn't at all mushy as I first feared. It was delightful and joyous.
Wow, that is a large audience for a classical organ concert! You deserve it!
Господи, как прекрасно ❤
Jonathan, you are a great great organist. I watched you when you play the organ in the Basilica of Santa María in Elche (Spain). Congratulations
Excellent, bravo! Those who find this too fast should go to rest with a lullaby.
Great as always!
Excellent❤❤❤if only to be this concert🙏
Scott is at it again another superb performance on an organ that is a delight to listen to, bright yet very subtle. Thankyou Mr Sott yet again.
how wonderful....JSB lives forever on in his music.....
Brilliant!
BRAVO!!!!!!
Talking about large audiences I went to a concert in the new Weiwuying Arts and Cultural Centre in Kaohsiung, Taiwan in 2018 to see the new massive 5 keyboard German built pipe organ. What a wonderful sound and it must be one of the great instruments of the World and certainly the largest in Asia. The auditorium was huge yet it was packed showing how much the organ is loved in Taiwan. If you travel there in future this is a must for organ lovers. I think Johnathon Scott has demonstrated the organ on you tube.
Bach es el padre de la música, sus obras sublimes llegan al alma, maravilloso tema y dominio de teclado en los pies, saludos desde Chile 🎼🎶❤
