- In this weeks video we take you back to RIVERBEND CAMPGROUND outside of Olympia, WA for our last camping trip of 2020. This weekend we feel like we scored the best campsite in the campground. Sometimes its nice to get the best campsite and we are going to show you why this campsite is so great. Also we will give you a little peak on out setup process and also take you behind Riverbend , where you can get some cool view and pictures that I think a lot of people most likely miss when going to Riverbend. It was a great season and this campsite was a treat to have on our last weekend !

Yes to getting the best spot ! So awesome !
We never really have the best luck with the best spots, so it’s always a nice treat to slip into the best one. Can’t beat opening up to that view in a campground! Thanks for stopping by and checking out the video !
New friends here! Caravanners from Scotland. Just came across you on a "Mcguires on Tires" comment. Looks a lovely campground.
thanks for com8 g and checking us out , it’s one of our favorite places to go !
RV site #1 at Fay Bainbridge Park is the best! Excellent views of the Sound and steps from the beach. We were there last month and loved it so much we booked another trip there in June 😃
Nice , just took a look at that campground. It’s definitely now our list for sure !!
That is an awesome view to open your door to!! New friends to your channel ~ Don, Tracey & Maddie Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for stopping by , we love being by the water. That location has the right amount of trees , water and solitude. It’s one of our favorites ! Thank you for supporting our channel !!
Oh have mercy. When I saw the title I thought that you were in Pigeon Forge,Tennessee. Because the campground we always stay at is Riverbend Campground. Then after watching I saw that it was in West Virginia. Lol. Beautiful campground
I just realized I didn’t place the actual location in the description. This Riverbend is actually in Olympia, Washington. Regardless, it’s still a great spot and we really like, the area. Hopefully someday we can make it that far out east to check out the one in Tennessee !
Great tour, nice place for camping. Thanks my new friend
Its one of our favorite places, thanks for checking out the video !!! We really appreciate it !!!
No joke! This is the best spot for sure!
Can beat opening up to that view every morning !
It must be so wonderful to step out of your trailer and see that great view of the river. What a beautiful way to greet the day! Pictures at that trestle bridge would be lovely too. Thanks for taking us along to Riverbend Campground!
Its one of my favorite views and its one of the only spots at the campground that has a concrete pad. I really think we caught the trestle bridge at the right moments, made for some great shots. Thanks for coming along and supporting our channel.
What’s your favorite spot at your favorite campground? Or what time did you get the best spot ? Let us know here in the comments!
That is a great campsite! Love the river! Nice share, thanks!
It is one of our favorite places to go and we love getting one of these river sites !!! Thanks for watching !!
That is a pretty awesome spot! You did a great job not having a spotter! Thanks for sharing your review of Riverbend Campground! ~ Shion and Matthew
We usually don’t plan well enough to get the best spot anywhere, so when we do it’s a real treat . I do think my backing skills are getting a lot better , it’s definitely hard at 1st. Thnaks for checking out the video !
Just want to say hello I'm sitting behind your rig at the moment In traffic . Lol 👋 I saw your CZcams advertisement sticker
that’s awesome , thanks for saying hi... we are out here making videos and memories here in Washington. I figured if there was ever a time for some one to see the channel name on the trailer , it would be stuck in traffic !!
Hi friends. This is great information. If we make it out to Washington and have a chance to visit Riverbend Campground, Site 106 is on our list for sure. Very cool that you are right on the river and your door opens to the river. We camped on the river recently and the back of the rig was facing the river. That was a way the campground was able to fit more folks into river sites. What a great tip to bring extra blocks for the stabilizers. We've got a couple of sets but have been thinking about carrying a few more. Thanks for sharing this great trip with us!
We love having that water access and that view our your window , totally makes it worth it, even if it’s not as close ! We seem to always use at minimum of 2 sets of blocks , just makes things a lot easier. Thanks for stopping by , we hope to make it back to a livestream soon ! Glen & Kim
@@UniqueAdventurez You are exactly right. Thanks for the tips! We will be on the lookout for you!
🙂 Love the campsite, overlooking the river. Great walking track, scenic.
👍From the Aussie girls.
Thanks for the kind words , we really love this site , always good to get the best spot !! Thanks for the support!
@@UniqueAdventurez our pleasure 🤗🤗🤗
Very nice view. Where is this campground? I stayed at Riverbend Campground in Hiawassee, GA last weekend, and I know there's a Riverbend Campground in Sevierville, TN.
This one is actually in Washington. One of our favorites!
New to your channel, looking forward to following.
Thanks for your support , we really appreciate it !!!
Sweeeeeeeet chooo choooo
it’s pretty cool that we got to time the train just right.
We always try to get the best campsite in the best campground .
Every once in awhile it happens for us, luckily we know this campground pretty well , so it made it a lot easier knowing where he best spot was ! Thanks for stopping by !
Still trying to find the trestle. Who owns the property. Saw the Private property sign - no tresspassing....is that riverbend campground?
On the Riverbend side I believe it’s owned by the campground. I want to think that the other side is open community land , but I’m not 100% sure. The train tressel is located on the back side of Riverbend behind sites 106-109. If you keep walking on that road , you run right into it !
What site number is this?
This is site 106. This is also Riverbend Campground in Lacey, Washington. I know there is another Riverbend campground on the eastern side of the US as well !
@@UniqueAdventurez Oh ok, that's where I thought you were. Nice place there in Washington.
I used to live at RiverBend Campground... and its not all that great . Managers were drunks
Hopefully it’s coming around. Of course we don’t have long term experience in this park as we are usually weekend camping.
