I've been hearing this for years and never doubted Apple or what it's got coming down the pike won't be amazing. Love the iOS operating system and all my devices work well, right out of the box like they should. I'm typing this comment on a 13 year old MacBook Pro that won't die! I plan on upgrading my iPhone 11 this fall, (still on it's original battery) and getting both a new MacBook 16 plus and iPad. Oh, and my IRA has been 80% Apple stock, 10 % Microsoft and 10 % Costco and retired 3 years ago at 59.

On the contrary, all the 4 work issued Macbooks had intermittent failures on me within 1 year. I have recently completely removed Apple from my home and company IT infrastructure and computing devices and shifted to mostly AMD, some Intel to avoid high operating costs and achieve superior performance.
Apple has been a great product and investment for you. But as the previous comment says new investors may not see nearly the same or even half the growth we saw from 2009 to 2023. Nobody knows for sure but that is what the guest in this video seems to be saying. As we are in the early innings of the AI cycle, buying chip index and hyper scalars might be the way to go for the next 6 years or so.
Apple popped 4% just on Gurman's rumour of M4 being more AI focused. When they announce their AI strategy at WWDC in June it's going to fly. Balls deep calls deep.
Apple has a short float and apple has a ton of cash to do buy backs and R&D. The higher multiples don’t really matter when the shares keep getting squeezed. I wouldn’t bet against apple. As buffet says it has a strong moat and brand. People are going to upgrade their phones soon.
But for years it hasn't been banned in China government buildings. For years we thought Hwawei was dead. People doing business in China are buying the latter to do business in China. Thanks to the trade sanctions. competition.
Which company with a broad portfolio does as well as apple😅you means everything as to sell as good as one another? In this world which company does that?
it's wiser to bet against Tesla which has higher P/E multiples. Apple's share price is condemned to have slow death. It won't be quick money to short it. Shorting is subject to 8-15% borrowing interest for retail investors.

Apple management is brutally efficient and strategic. I have faith they will figure something out.
