There's airflow inside the ISS (AC/Recyclers/etc) and it being fluff, it's light. Also, inertia.

@@guillermobarroso2990 nah Chris Hadfield debunked ghis very theory in one of his debunking videos. He basically said living in space is the laziest existence ever, and you dont have yo exercise. But it is recommended to because when you eventually return to Earth, you dont wanna be a blob.
