- The plaintiff says within a week of meeting the defendant, he fell in love with her, and they dated on and off. The plaintiff alleges the defendant owes him money for an unpaid loan, so he’s suing. The defendant insists she and the plaintiff were never in a relationship, and the plaintiff stalked her.

Wonder if the "landlord" was real and not a friend lying for him too. Their both weird, so I don't fully believe either. After the case, the defendant told the plaintiff to stay away from her. What? You can't tell the plaintiff what he can & cannot do, only another judge can do that, there's no restraining/protective order against the plaintiff, so if you want him to stay away, you have to take him to court & request that, he hasn't been served with that, so he's allowed to do whatever he wants

I believe most of what the planiff said,but the defendant didn't say she never went over there she said they didn't share a bed for a while. Why didn't he ask did thry sleep together, instead of have you been over there. She could of gone over there and not done anything sexual. Why didn't the judge ask to see either of thei phone logs/records?
