Now if you can't seem to be getting any close to that, I'd check general problems like social isolation (which was my problem, please check this Ted talk I beg you czcams.com/video/H2rG4Dg6xyI/video.html), mental health or physical health (which very often impacts mental health heavily). I hope I could be of help and feel free to ask me anything if you think I could help you. I've been depressed for 8 months and it's a serious issue, you shouldn't let these things go for any long, go out of your way to address them :)

@Dyslexic Mitochondria I will say that I am also on the Autistic Spectrum myself and can see exactly what you are saying. I have been following Minimalism for around 6 to 12 months now and trying to keep CZcams going from restart has been hard with ideas. I completely understand the problems and the easy parts (depending on where your interest takes you) which can be enjoyable to do. Do what you love and keep at it and do not let anything slow you down. (I would place family first mostly which creators do say themselves)

With anxiety everyday is scary but I've learnt to get on with life and do what's hard, it gets easier, not easy, but easier and I'm growing and becoming proud of myself for all the tough stuff I do all the time like go to work and the supermarket. Some days are harder than others but I take a breath, count 5 4 3 2 1 and go out the door, take the next step, just start!

Thanks for sharing, this is relatable. I'm starting several channels right now and getting over the mental hurdle of starting is the most challenging part to be sure. For me the biggest mental reflex that has helped me, is focus on the progress not the destination. As long as each day i'm moving closer to my goal - as far as I can see, that's winning.
This video's helped me realise my chronic perfectionism has been nothing else than a sophisticated form of procrastination. I bought the course (got a ton of value from it) and today I've actually published the very first video of my own. It's by no means perfect, but you know what, (never thought I'd actually say it out loud): I'm proud of myself and the journey I've come to get where I am. Cheers to imperfection!
Saying that we procrastinate by reading self-help books or watching endless CZcams videos really hit me. I'm trying to be a software developer for years. A husband and a father of two little girls.
