    Australian Muscle Car Sales proudly presents for sale a genuine highly optioned factory 351 V8 powered and 4 speed manual 1973 XA Falcon GS Ute in Yellow Glo with Saddle trim.
    For sale is a XA Falcon Ute fully optioned with the K Code 351 Cleveland V8, 4 speed Top Loader gearbox, 9" LSD diff, GS Rallyee pack, Dual Exhausts, Sports Handling Suspension, Heavy Duty Battery, Dual Sports Mirrors, Driving Lights, carpets, console and front spoiler. Presented in maintained condition throughout, the GS Falcon has had a repaint in the factory Yellow Glo paint with the interior presented in totally original condition. The engine is stock with only maintenance upgrades including the addition of a 600 cfm Holley carby, a new fuel pump, coil and leads. The genuine FOMOCO radiator and cap, master cylinder, all clamps, hoses, stickers, factory dual horns etc. are still in their rightful place. And the Falcon still features all the original glass including the front windscreen!
    The interior reflects the 87,359 Kilometres which equates to just 1,712 Kilometres for each of its 51 years on the road. Take a look around the interior. The Saddle trim is in mint condition and the door cards, dash, carpets, rim blow GS steering wheel and window winders are in perfect condition. Even the sun visors and hood lining are in immaculate condition.
    Pull back the new tonneau cover and the tray presents in excellent damage free condition with the factory tools and spare wheel in their compartments. The Ute is riding on four genuine 12 slot rims with new red walled Maxxis tyres. The undercarriage is in excellent condition and the Ute comes with the original green shock absorbers, manifold, Motorcraft Carby and two sets of original keys.
    This special low mileage Falcon GS Ute is definitely a ONE OFF Ford build and a dream come true for the Ford and Falcon Ute collector.

    I bought a 1972 XA GS 351 ute in Red Pepper in 1974, paid $2,800 for it s/h. 4 speed Toploader, 9” diff, all factory. Took it to Simsmetal in 1982 when it rusted out ☹️. Kept the engine and driveline for my XD ute which still runs to this day. Old story, should have kept the XA but no one knew at the time.

    That is one nice ute!! The front end of the XA looks so much better than the XB!!

      Agreed, I used to think the XB looked better but now I prefer the XA. Only problem is they rusted out more if you kept them outside like I did with mine.

    My first car was a GS XA hardtop, I wish I still had it.

    Had an almost identical spec (non GS) back in 1984 as a first car, paid $2K. Mine had a black interior and I changed out the original dash for a GT. Good times.

      Red rocker covers denotes 302 Cleveland not 2v. 351 s have blue rocker covers. Or grey in later models

      @@LeeSchofield-gr4mq Everybody knows 302c had red covers, but in the early 351c in Fairlane, Falcon GS etc, the 351c 2V had red covers as you can clearly see on this XA GS ute!

      @@steveskrobot9496 early 351s?? This is an xa the 351 Cleveland debuted in the xw gt phase 2 in 1970. How is a 351 in a xa an early model?

    • @LeeSchofield-gr4mq
      @LeeSchofield-gr4mq Před 16 dny +1

      Further more the xa is the first model to come out with 302 Cleveland. The 302 in the xy and earlier were Windsor's. Hence why they painted the rocker covers red on 302 Cleveland to differ from 351 Cleveland.
