That is great that you are protecting you IP. Just yesterday I saw a video of a guy obviously copying another youtube lady(Diedres kitchen) using her bread recipe in dozens of his videos as if he owned it. He has hundreds of thousands of views. keep up the great work as I just found your channel and facebook and I am telling everyone I know about it.
Omg. This is genius!! Bì for noodles???! Mind blown!
This dish looks sooooooo good. It made my mouth water watching you prepare it. So glad i found your channel. i have needed to follow a keto diet for health reasons for over three years now, and honestly pretty much had lost interest in food -- just ate to fill my stomach. Your videos have made me excited to prepare food again! Such innovative methods and ingredients. Thank you so very much.
i love this channel, gives me lots of asian food inspiration 😊😊
You can see that it is delicious the noodles with shrimp my favorites your recipe is great I loved it thanks for sharing 🌷🌺🌸🌷🌺🌸
Amazing! Love how you are able to incorporate keto into asian flavors such as the viet flavors. If you ever have time, please show me a way on how to make keto banh xeo as I’m new to keto and have no idea how people can count the carbs for a dish when making a dish.
Will do! I’ll make a video for banh xeo. I’m planning on improving the recipe I created 2 years ago. Just need time to experiment.
This is the best channel ever. I’ve been missing viet food so bad!!!
Thank you for watching and for the kind worlds! I just posted a new video using the shredded pork skin again: czcams.com/video/D_ptWaL4n30/video.html
I love this channel! Hope to see much more recepies :)
Thank you so much! I have soooo many original asian keto recipes to share!
This is FANTASTIC! Thank you for all of your hard work! Can your new keto noodles be fried and substituted for the shredded pork?
I got more pork skin noodles today! I can't believe I found a recipe for them! Thank you!!!
Where can I find the noodles
where did you find the pork skin please?
I was most interested on what you were going to use for noodles and then I saw shredded pork rinds , I have never seen any at our Asian markets, but it’s a great idea along with the baby corn not being mature so the starches aren’t built up yet , love the recipe, now I’m on a mission to find those noodles ! 👍🏼😋
Sometimes it is found in the frozen section or there is also a dried version that you have to hydrate first.
Thanks Ann you make Asian keto easier
Woman, you are a genius!!! Who would've thought to use bi for the crispy noodles.
I love your recipes! You make keto exciting again! Question: if you don't have an air fryer can you bake these in an oven or pan roast in a cast iron skillet? Thank you.
You are so clever.. I never would have thought to make those into noodles!
Awww thank you! There’s always a way!
Love that seafood selection! Looking forward to experimenting with those bi tuoi "noodles."

Wow pork rind noodles 🤩
Never live without crispy keto noodles again!
You need to open a restaurant, it would explode.
A question: did you get the noodles at T&T or Asian market?
You are brilliant!!
It looks like you just bought the pork skin in a bag -did you? Can I find this at asian stores? I have never seen them, but that would be so great, also for other things!
Yes, it comes in a bag, in the the freezer at Asian grocery stores.
I didn’t catch the name of those noodles 😳👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Where do you get thew shredded pork rinds? Love your channel btw
Luv!!!!
Look so yummy!
Shredded pork rinds? Didn't see a link...never heard of it 🤷🏼♀️
i would like to know is the pork noodles - is that pork fat that has been blended with sodium alginate? sodium alginate has so many uses.
This looks amazing. Where can I buy the shredded pork skin? I haven't found an online source. We have 2 Asian Stores in the town I live in, but I don't know if they carry Vietnamese style cooking ingredients. It's Christmas Day so I have to wait.
Thank you! You can buy the pork skin in Asian Markets. It’s located in the freezer section with the frozen fish, etc.
@@KetoAsianFlavours Thank you so much.
You are welcome!
Where did you get the pork skin noodle?
At the Asian supermarkets. You can see a few clips of where they store it in this video: czcams.com/video/D_ptWaL4n30/video.html
This looks interesting. Did you take down your videos for kelp/sodium alginate noodles & keto spaghetti/egg noodles? I can’t find them anymore. If you did, do you plan on re-uploading them anytime soon. Thanks.
It’s up now
@@KetoAsianFlavours Thanks
Noodles made out of pork rinds??
Shredded pork rinds is a thing? OMG!
What kind of mushroom seasoning do you use?
I purchase mushroom seasoning at an Asian supermarket. Ingredients are just mushroom powder, salt and mushroom extract.
Where does one find shredded pork skin?
Asian grocery stores
I have never heard of shredded pork skin.
Normally, shredded pork skin is used for making shredded pork skin known in Vietnamese as bi, a side option for broken rice combination dishes. It is not fried though. Just rinse from the package, season and mix with toasted rice powder. We can make that without the toasted rice powder and use almond flour or pork panko instead.
@@KetoAsianFlavours Thank you
Looks just like pho ap chao!
PS: Sorry, I can't do the diacritical marks.
Idk where to get those sherred pork 😭
