      That is great that you are protecting you IP. Just yesterday I saw a video of a guy obviously copying another youtube lady(Diedres kitchen) using her bread recipe in dozens of his videos as if he owned it. He has hundreds of thousands of views. keep up the great work as I just found your channel and facebook and I am telling everyone I know about it.

    This dish looks sooooooo good. It made my mouth water watching you prepare it. So glad i found your channel. i have needed to follow a keto diet for health reasons for over three years now, and honestly pretty much had lost interest in food -- just ate to fill my stomach. Your videos have made me excited to prepare food again! Such innovative methods and ingredients. Thank you so very much.

    Amazing! Love how you are able to incorporate keto into asian flavors such as the viet flavors. If you ever have time, please show me a way on how to make keto banh xeo as I’m new to keto and have no idea how people can count the carbs for a dish when making a dish.

    I was most interested on what you were going to use for noodles and then I saw shredded pork rinds , I have never seen any at our Asian markets, but it’s a great idea along with the baby corn not being mature so the starches aren’t built up yet , love the recipe, now I’m on a mission to find those noodles ! 👍🏼😋

    I have never heard of shredded pork skin.

    • @KetoAsianFlavours
      @KetoAsianFlavours  Před 3 lety

      Normally, shredded pork skin is used for making shredded pork skin known in Vietnamese as bi, a side option for broken rice combination dishes. It is not fried though. Just rinse from the package, season and mix with toasted rice powder. We can make that without the toasted rice powder and use almond flour or pork panko instead.
