Tonight I bring you very close-up ear to ear whispering, inducing you into a deep sleep. I'll take you through 10 stages of relaxation with a countdown, and each stage will make you more and more relaxed and sleepy.
This video includes soft fluffy mic brushing, water globes, guided breathing and some light meditation and of course lots of ear to ear slow whispers.

Does it end up hurting your videos to play half with background sound and half without? I don't always listen to the end when you do that - I just click off when it replays without the background.
