Tonight I'll be whispering super close up ear to ear and veeeeery slowly to put you into a sleepy state and of course help you fall asleep!
This video includes guided deep breathing exercises, fluffy microphone sounds/brushing and also a short imagery exercise. I've included underwater sounds on the first half of the video that I hope you'll find soothing and relaxing, but of course you also have available the version with pure whispers only so you can choose what you prefer! (There might be some unintentional mouth sounds)

What is ASMR??
ASMR stands for Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR).
It is a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.

and to those wondering why this is a thing, for me i find this useful because im on youtube dark mode and the blank space helps with not making my screen so bright (brightness makes it harder for me to sleep) Usually the white text from other comments, video recommendations, and description have visuals too bright for me and i get distracted by them easily. i find it super convenient to have my comments section open, left on this blank space so that i can sleep easier:)

The part where you repeat "relax relax relax" is one of my absolute favorite triggers ever!!! Amazing.
Having your voice in my ear is like having sleep pumped directly into my veins. It started at the back of my head and swept forward, and my eyes watered for a minute from how heavy it felt. Then all my muscles mellowed. The mental massage you were giving me was too much for me to stay awake. It's an hour later and I think I'm about to spend the rest of the evening with a lot of your vibes still swimming through me, relaxing me. May you have a joyous weekend. 🧡🤍💙

I loved this as well. The underwater as well as what sounded like to me Waves coming in and crashing.
Would love a 10 to 15 min sound like this with just the relax and underwater and waves. I can always hear the loop on calming videos and keeps my mind from relaxing and making me relax because of wondering if I just didn't hear this a few mins ago, as with loop audio.
I dnt mean to take from your gentle voice and ways of relaxing and helping me sleep at insomnia nights. Just when the world seems so noisy and just the audio from this is so well put together.

Asmr sunjoy, asmr taposhi, asmr eti, asmr bappa etc are type of people who don't understand English at all, they are poor , and I think they have just started to learn English judging that based on them speaking broken English in their videos. They speak English in their videos even if they don't know nor understand the language becuase most other asmr videos out there are spoken in English also their videos will get international viewers. Since they dk english ofcourse they have to copy the title, how else will they make the title with their broke english which might not get views at all.

As a musician, I can’t help but be a bit technical (if anyone’s curious). The mics she’s using are condenser mics. They are powered mics that use 12-48 volts in the preamp stage. That’s why they pick up every audible detail with such clarity.
