    Thank you so much. But during meditation, my focus is going towards my mind instead of heart or my body or third eye and negative thoughts arrive and I have also manifested these negativities in life in reality. I was doing very well and have manifested very well in last 2 years of my spiritual journey. I seems to be lost. Don't know what to do, where to go. Please help and suggest.

    Praying to Jesus will help you to find calm more than your methods. Have you tried that?
