    I literally started crying seeing this. I have been struggling with debilitating anxiety and I have a therapist and a psychiatrist but I need belief that I can get better. I love you gabby. Thank you for this.

    Blessings to y'all! I love this Gabby and definitely passing this video to my family and friends. My personal anxiety, feels like my heart beat fast as you, my palms sweets, and my upper neck itch. As I said before that tapping works. Indeed anxiety can serves us as I told you I embraced it and she lives with me but now in an harmony way and I control it with my mind, spirit, soul . Take practice but works. We have to use all our tools, prayers, meditation, tapping, yoga, massage, exercise, music, art, dancing, humor, watching videos like yours, comedy movies, go out walk, call a friend, breathing deep, drinking relaxing herbs tea, warm shower or bath, acupuncture.... Are so many tools we can use, one special tool I use in a SOS anxiety situation is calling my angels, and I tell them " here I'm so scare, anxious, worry...I'm giving it to you please keep me calm and safe" believe that they will help you but you need to believe.
