    Blessings to y'all! Oh my sweet Gabby, I'm so sorry about your stressful morning, I been there, not worry you told us, you're so real soul. Thanks for your personal experience , you teach me a lot today and always. That's the way to take things in life. I love that you laughed , my dad now in Heaven always told me to have humor in everything good and bad to happen in life and then, take care of whatever is going on with myself or around me in a positive way. I learn also, that anxiety live in me since a kid, first I fight it, but later as I grow up and matured I take it as my best friend ...you're here with me and is ok, you want to protect me, thanks but my wise mind will take over , as you said I see the anxiety, I heard, but I'm in control. No meds! The soul and mind are so powerful ...go for a walk, swim, exercise, pray, meditate, yoga, acupuncture , therapy, talk with a friend all are tools and eat healthy, drink a lot of calm teas. Praying all your views, and clients found the peace and calm they need. Life is good!! 🌞😇💚🌴🏝🏝🌎🤗🤗👼👼🐢🐬🌕🏖🏖💫🐚🌈🌺🌺😍🏡🌅

    I'm afraid that if I feel my anxiety and let myself think the painful thoughts that cone up that that's what I will manifest, but trying not to think them leaves me feeling terrified and confused and just so much worse. What the heck am I supposed to do?

      Great question.
      First, I want to offer you a practice that you can use when you notice yourself experiencing fearful thoughts. It's called the choose again method. Step 1 is to notice the fearful thought. Step 2 is to forgive yourself for having the thought. Step 3 is to choose again. Choose a new, higher thought that supports what you want to experience. So a new, higher thought might be, I'm not sure how this situation will improve, but I'm willing to believe that it will.
      Second, I want to reassure you that the Universe knows the difference between our fearful thoughts and our deepest desires. Also, the Universe is always listening to the desires we hold in our heart and planning for our highest good. Even though we may have fearful thoughts and struggle to take action that is in alignment with our desires, the universe is self-correcting. That means we will be offered another opportunity to choose love over fear.
