    "One of the most beautiful ways to prepare our minds for sleep is to focus our attention on the Body" - Gabby Bernstein. The most listened guided meditation for sleep in my audiobook library. I had trouble sleeping a couple years back and the only thing that could relax me enough to go to sleep was your voice guiding me to focus on my body and feeling the sensation as you name the different parts of the body, when I started listening to this most of the time I had to listen it twice to relax, with time it got easier for me to sleep and I could barely finish the track once. Thank you so much Gabby for helping me getting back my sleep. Can't thank you enough on it.

    Maybe your anxiety is happening due to you seeking out evil. Do you even know that you're off track?
    God should not be referred to as the universe. One day you will stand before Him, the one and only God of the universe. He created it all. Stop ignoring him and all He has given you.
