you guys- I bought the oat gel moisturizer right after this vid. I’ve been using it for a week and let me tell you, this is the BEST my skin has looked. It took away sooo much redness and I haven’t broken out. My skin looks bomb. Highly recommend for dry, acne prone skin. It has replaced my 2 expensive creams.

It always amazes me how you know so much information for these videos without seemingly reading from a promoter, you’re a true book of knowledge.
I haven't heard of this line until now, but I'm eager to try it. Oats are so calming & my skin can be so reactive.
I started using oatmeal (Aveeno) products a while back, it helped to calm down my irritated skin, it actually reduced the oil production and I had less acne.

@@TrankDuo7 For cleansing, I use either the Aveeno's Moisturizing Facial Bar or the Positively Radient 60 Second In-Shower Facial for Glowing Skin. For moisturizer, I like Aveeno Calm + Restore Oat Gel Moisturizer, For Sensitive Skin. I use a SPF 46 by DRMTLGY with niacinamide.
Do you have oily skin?

Riley I wouldn’t think so if applied with a light hand to freshly washed skin. I’m extremely oily, yet since following Dr. Dray’s recommendations my skin has never looked better. ☺️
I just bought the whole line, before I watched this video and am so excited about trying them. My moisture barrier is compromised. So I’m glad that I know enough about ingredients through watching this channel to pick good things.
SKIN SAVING PRODUCTS! 🙌🏼 Two days ago I used to much retinol and I woke up to angry, irritated skin and looked like a 🍅. After using my regular products the irritation got worse. I remembered this video and picked up the cleanser and moisturizer. I applied last night and felt instant relief and this morning my skin looks so much better. The redness is gone! I am still a little itchy but I know it will take time for my skin barrier to repair. In the meantime I am so grateful that I found these. Thank you Dr. Dray for your recommendations 🙏🏼💙
This has recently (over the past month or so) became available in the UK - After seeing Dr Dray raving about it for so long I was excited when I seen it on the shelves and had to give it a try - For someone who has struggled with acne flare ups, redness & dryness over the pandemic this has really been a complete game changer! Oh my lord...that Serum, with the Oat Gel Moisturizer layered on top has been an an absolute Miracle worker for my skin!! My winter skin stings, it’s dry, super sensitive, red, and just generally “bothered” by everything!! But that duo is amazing. So soothing, so comfortable...it’s such a relief to finally have some stuff that I don’t dread using! I am so thankful for the recommendation Dr Dray!
How long do you wait between the serum and moisturizer?
I’ve had such a tough time finding a good skincare line because everything gives me a rash or hives. I’ve been using this for a few days and I can already see the difference and my skin feels good. Thank you for sharing your wealth of knowledge!
I just got the line up at target! They finally had it! I was looking for a morning cleanser since my foamy one is too drying in the morning. This is perfect. Most creamy cleansers sting or congest my skin really bad and this actually cleaned my face without dryness! Loved the serum and worked beautifully added into my routine. The gel cream I'm still undecided about.
So good to see more companies getting on the fragrance-free/sensitive skin bandwagon! Also good to know that the cleanser won't remove makeup on its own. But the other products look very interesting! I'm still in love with my CeraVe moisturizer though, can't see myself ever giving it up. :)
I love the Cerave moisturizer too and I'm alternating it with the Aveeno moisturizer. When my skin gets super sensitive from over exfoliating or from acne treatment products, the Cerave actually stings my skin further. But the Aveeno would actually calm my skin down and make them not irritated anymore

This is so good after a laser or microneedle for me. Doesn't burn like other moisturizers and actually feel soothing.

@@xengthao6823 Yea I have oily open pore skin and I swear it's making my skin more congestion maybe the synthetic beeswax or Dimethicone.. it states none comedogenic however like Dr Dray says I think alot of the " none comedogenic" titles on products are marketing hype and I don't think a product being none comedogenic means that applies to ALL people

Oat is amazing for the skin‼️ and very very underrated it should be included in everyone’s regimen or treatment for the skin dr dray should do a whole video on different skincare lines that use oat/ colloidal oatmeal in skincare.
I bought all 3 products through ulta and have been using them this past week. I absolutely love it so far! My face is sooo soft. I suffer from hormonal acne, ezcema and perioccular/perioral dermatitis and this is gentle enough to not flare up any of my skin issues. Just for a side note I'm on 25mg spironolactone, epiduo forte every other night and a sodium sulfacetamide lotion all prescription from my dermatologist. I was using all vanicream products, which I still love, but needed something for dry skin going into the change of season. Typically products for dry skin clog up my pores but this has been perfect for me! Thank you for reviewing and suggesting these products @drdray.
I'm not sure if you'll ever see this, however I feel compelled to comment and tell you that because of your recommendation of this Product, I finally after years of searching have a moisturizer and cleanser that does not sting, irritate or burn my skin.
I was recommended Vanicream and had been using it for years even though the cleanser was still too harsh for my skin.
I was so happy to find this, that I literally almost cried. It has been a terrible skin care journey for me, but this has already helped so much in just 2 weeks thank you! thank you! thank you! thank you!

Been using the gel moisturizer for a few weeks now and I have to say that I'm impressed! I really hope they keep making it. I'm surprised Aveeno didn't come out with this line of products years ago.

I started using Aveeno skincare in back high school because I was on the swim team and had dry skin. I'm excited to try out this new line because I'm currently dealing with itchy inflamed skin. Aveeno is often overlooked compared to other brands like Cetaphil and CeraVe, so I'm glad others can learn about how good some of their products are.
I found it at my local Meijer a week ago and was super impressed when I tried it. My skin loves it! I’ve been waiting for the review ever since. I’m glad it has the Dr Dray “seal of approval”
I bought all 3 of these products and I absolutely love them. I was using the Neutrogena Hydroboost cleanser, serum, body lotion cream gel and gel moisturizer, and I still like those products very much, but these new Aveeno Calm & Restore products just make my skin feel so soft and healthy. Definitely my new favorites. 👍

I have been using this cleanser for about a week, and love it. Although I’ve used sunscreen and no b.s.moisturizers for decades (I’m 67,) I’m ashamed to say I’ve used whatever was close at hand - even dishwashing liquid - to wash my face! Horrors! My skin really looks young, but I was developing a small patch of rosacea on one of my cheeks. I decided I needed to change my cleanser. I ran into Target one day with just a few minutes to spare, saw this cleanser, and just picked it up because I’m a fan of oats in all forms. I figured it wouldn’t lather, so I wasn’t surprised when it didn’t. It felt so wonderful, and yes, calming, that I didn’t care! I still have fairly oily skin, and was worried it might break me out, but there has been no sign of that. I wear very little makeup over my sunscreen, and find that this cleanser removes everything, even my mascara very easily. I’ve been using Roc products after my shower, and enjoy them, too. However, I keep an extra jar of moisturizer with different properties than the Roc on my bedside table to put on after I drink a lot of water before I go to bed. I figure I might be covering all my bases this way! (OCD?) Although I probably won’t need the serum, I’m looking forward to picking up the moisturizer. Thank you for your reviews!
This product is amazing! I ordered after I saw this video and I am so glad I did! My skin has improved since day 1. It is smoother and my pores closed. I do not have these black dots around my nose. This is great! I've been using the aveeno baby eczema care (that has coloidal oat) for a long time on my baby's skin (altough she does not have eczema) and i love to use it on my face at night as a night mask :-) . So excited to try this new line when will be live in Canada too.

I have been wanting something like this! I cannot wait to try it. I use finely ground oatmeal as a wash/scrub and I love oatmeal for skincare.
I've been using the gel moisturizer and the cleanser for a few weeks and I love it!! I'm 5 months post accutane treatment, and so my skin is more sensitive and prone to dryness overall. I ran out of the hydroboost cleanser lotion and when I saw Aveeno's new line I had to get it! Also, Aveeno has another new body/face moisturizer Restorative skin therapy with pro vitamin B5! I also been using it as well and it's great! It really has improved my skin from being so dry!
Can the restorative be used on your face?
This is the comment I've been looking for. I just got off isotretinoin and have been dealing with the redness because that's one of the side effects of the medication, but I always saw it as almost worse than the acne. I'm gonna buy the full line and see what happens.

I've been looking for a good moisturizer so thank you for recommending Aveeno. My kids have eczema and Aveeno has been amazing to help soothe their skin. I think Aveeno is a good brand and amazing on pricing.
These products are AMAZING. I was using Chanel’s la solution 10 at $110 for 1.7 ounces because it was the only thing that didn’t make my very sensitive acne prone skin go haywire. I tried this on a whim and it is absolutely perfect. I swear they better never stop making it! And at the price point you cannot beat it. It’s so good I would spend double the price of what it is. Please everyone try this!! I want aveeno to know just how good it is keep buying it! ☺️
I’ve been using the serum and loving it!! I’m heading out to get the moisturizer! I have noticed a marked difference in the evenness of my skin since using this including dark spots left over from breakouts. Love it!!
I am several months late to this, but I moved to the US from the UK back in Jan and have developed like 20 allergies to skin products. This is pretty much the only range of skincare that I'm not having massive reactions to. Best my skin has looked in years.
I just got the oat gel moisturizer and let me say it doesn't disappoint! I have rosacea but I also have dry skin AND get acne from time to time. This doesn't seem to flair up my rosacea and doesn't cause acne. It feels so moisturizing but is light. Such a win!

@@prettyhtemachine they are! The moisturizer is getting a little too light for me right now with it being colder where I am and with constant mask wearing, but it never broke me out! I think I just need something thicker now
@@laurenm173 You could probably layer a thicker moisturizing cream on top of your oat gel moisturizer to enhance further hydration. Sort of use it like an essence, since it is kind of light.

The gel moisturizer and eczema cream are amazing. My skin’s appearance has changed dramatically since I started using these products. I use the eczema cream on the parts of my face that are a bit dryer like cheeks and under eyes and the gel moisturizer on my chin where I tend to break out and are more oily. I haven’t had a break out since! I am going to try the face cleanser and the body cleanser.

Love the Aveeno Calm + Restore Nourishing Oat Cleanser followed by Neutrogena Hydro Boost body gel cream on my face. Only used once so far and there is a significant improvement to my skin. I used an oil cleanser first to remove my makeup. Really soothed my raw winter skin.
I can totally zen out on the intro alone.

I ordered all 3 calm/restore products. OMG! What a game changer. My DRY itchy skin gives me problems most months of the year. Total game changer. I’m sleeping all night now instead of waking up itching. Thank you for sharing these products.
After I watched this video, I went to get the calm & restore moisturizer and been using it for over a week now. I was amazed with how it helped with calming my skin from redness and peeling. I went for a walk during my lunch break that day, my skin turned red few hours after my walk even though I’ve reapplied sunscreen before I left the house and covered my face with a wide brim hat and worn my mask the whole time, so my face was pretty much covered from the UV rays. It was gloomy, overcast that day but still the UV rays burned my skin and that night my face was so warm. So, I used this moisturizer every night since then, after 2 days my skin looks better. Thank you for recommending this product. It saved my skin. 👍😊 And, ohh, I have oily skin, by the way.😊

This could not be more timely! I’ve been wanting to try a hydrating moisturizer that doesn’t feature hyaluronic acid. I’ve been using the CeraVe PM for a bit now and like it, but I struggle with redness (I think it’s undiagnosed rosacea) that has yet to improve with my current routine. Might have to incorporate the serum too depending on the price point! Thanks so much Dr Dray 🥰
These are the best. After washing your face, it feels like you don't even need a moisturizer. And the serum doesn't even give you any burn feeling even a single tick. The moisturizer , I feel like I don't need to use it anymore after the serum. It's the best, I can say it million times.

Thanks for making this review! I have been using the moisturizer for a little over 2 months now and my skin is just looking great! I don't think that I have ever used a moisture that really made a difference and especially that did not make my oily areas look worse.

Thank u dr dray for this recommendation. I was nervous at first about FA being triggered but after using the aveeno oat gel moisturizer for over a month, my skin looks better, it's calm and zero redness or irritation and reduces the amount of oil during the day. I love this moisturizer!!

@@abigelmongin5497 no it never triggered mine. But I stopped using it because I'm allergic to beeswax, which it contains. It started making my skin look good and then I started breaking out in rashes, I went to an allergist and found out I'm allergic to beeswax, propolis and a bunch of other stuff, which sucks!. I gave my products away to my sister who also has FA and her skin is clear. So I'd say, it's worth giving it a try!

As someone who over-exfoliated and now almost every moisturizer sends my skin through a loop, no matter the promise of gentleness, I am truly floored. I am using the gel moisturizer and the cleanser for two months now and am hooked. My skin didn’t object, and that’s saying A LOT. I will be trying their cream next!!

I have dry skin, and I've really been loving both the serum and moisturizer in my AM routine. Also, this is the only moisturizer I've found that doesn't irritate my eyelids.

Bought this moisturizer yesterday as I have been running low on my Neutrogena gel cream - and it is AMAZING. My face was literally glowing this morning. I also love the texture - it goes on soooo smooth and absorbs beautifully.
