Unrelated, but can you please do a reaction video to the huberman labs morning sunlight. He recommends not wearing hats nor sunglasses. I'm pretty sure he also doesn't wear sunscreen. A lot of people are following his advice.

I’m pretty prone to boils and ingrown hairs (even as a kid). Last year I had a boil inside my belly button that turned into an abscess and cellulitis. Some of the worst pain in my life. I had to go to the emergency room with a fever of 105 and had an IV of antibiotics. It drained a few days later and was a giant ingrown hair….I won’t go into further details but my god it was gross 🤣.

I would get recurrent cellulitis on my face. Last 2x the infection went to my eye area and turned into Orbital Cellulitis. Very quickly my head swelled up like a watermelon and I was in the hospital for 3 days.
