I am a home inspector and I also clean and repair dryer vent systems. Based on my experience, I recommend all water lines to a clothes washer and steam dryer be braided stainless steel.

I guess you didn't read steps 1 and 2 of the instructions on the package. The hose to the dryer is supposed to connect to the COLD water tap.

so you connect to hot or cold water cause i saw other videos you connect it in cold water
