Can a person slide the dryer over to the right or left ? Shouldn’t a person put foil tape on all the edges and joints for a sealed unit ?

I installed this at home and my new dryer( brand new) partially dried it’s first load of towels and died! Won’t power on! Could it be because this vent is too small?

These vents are garbage. Nothing but a lint catching air restriction
