just watched my 2nd video by this guy and he's great. Not only does he have great time saving ideas, but he doesn't waste my time showing me his dog or where he get's his coffee or any other nonsense people put into how-to videos that have nothing to do with the topic. He gets to the point quickly. Thumbs up👍

Hi Rob, you reminded me of a job I was on in my early 20's. I was trimming garage and shot a trim nail in a copper line, the framer knotched his base plate for the pipe but didn't add a shield plate to protect it. My trim nail went straight into the copper main. I noticed it abot a hour later when I saw a wet spot on the wall. @#$%$@@$% Happens lol! Thank you for taking the time to comment me!

@@paulstoolbox I was installing underpayment on my second floor bathroom in my early day’s and was nailing it to the floor joists and after the last nail was in I went down to the kitchen and seen my kitchen ceiling had water coming from it, I quickly shut off the main and tore up my floor and part of the subfloor and found someone notched the joists and ran 1/2” copper. I learned real quick to always install the nail plates anytime I run anything through studs or joists. Good memories.

You are talking about a multi tool right? Fein makes a great oscillating multi tool. They work great for cutouts without collateral damage and I use them often.
