Yes everytime i wash my bike water gets inside of the bags. Ive had the covers for a few years now and im going to remove the velcro and use gorilla tape. After awhile the glue on the back of the velcro gives up
I saw on the HD forums that you had a question about the accessory plug behind the headlight, the purple wire is your hot, do you happen to know what crimp terminals are used for that particular plug?

Looks easy enough to put on when carrying a passenger... I think a passenger kicking a lid when getting on or off is the #1 scuff hazard.
