Absolutely better than BGC! I love midrise buildings only. It’s very charming. BGC and other development are filled with skyscrapers which is a turn-off. This community is built for people and less cars! Love it similar to NYC! It’s near BGC, Makati and even Alabang!
NYC? One of the scariesy city in USA nowadays! Never! Come here in deep south you will love it.

Not really tigil tigilan mo kame inflated ang prices ng properties. Tapos ang taas ng interest rates. Ayala land Robinson land etc masyado mahal not affordable for your average joe. We will wait when demand is at all time low right now not right time to buy.
