WOW! Two bedroom apartment for 36 million pesos or more than half a million pounds? That’s twice the price for a two bedroom apartment in a town in England plus it’s smaller. I can’t believe that how expensive that is. I actually thought a two bedroom apartment in that location is just around 15 million pesos. Oh boy I’m very late about the prices in the Philippines.

Yes, luxurious at premium pero malayong malayo siya sa BGC.
1. High Rise
2. Cable wires/kable at mga poste. Walang mga utility wires/post sa BGC kasi nasa ilalim. Dito sa Arbor Lanes tour, kitang kita ung mga kable.
