Gorgeous Arca South! Lots of green, open space, no skyscrapers allowed, lots of young energy and only 1/4 the size of BGC means it’s going to be more exclusive and less congested. My top choice among all developments! Very promising!
Hi Jay and Genny. Your walking 🚶♂️ tours are very enjoyable 😉 😀. We get to see so much and it is nice to see this neighborhood in it's early stages. ARCA SOUTH 🌞.
Thanks so much for the continued support Mary! Glad you're enjoying the walking tours and getting to see all the new developments out here in the Philz ❤
You can ask the people if they want to be in your vlog, most of them will be excited and happy to obliged. It will help you grow your channel, more subscribers. Goodluck.
Great idea Irma! We've started doing that and so far it's been nothing but positive reactions Definitely, we'll make it our goal to grow a lot more next year. Cheers!
WOW up and coming👍👍👍🏆🏆🏆💙🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭
Yup, the area looks very promising! 🤗
@@BGCDreams 👍👍👍🎄🎄🎄
Nice Walking tour! Sana makabisita at makalakad din ako jan sa susunod. Goodluck and more power sa channel mo!
Salamat! 😊 It's a very nice place for walking at napakalawak ng lugar, I'm sure mag eenjoy ka din 😍 To more walking tours and more power to you too!
You’re in what used to be called Food Terminal Complex where all of the food coming from the provinces are processed for distribution into the supermarkets. Up until early 2000s Sunshine Mqll used to be a subastahan place I remember going there back in 2002 to buy native carpets. The FTI Complex was one of the better projects of the Marcos dictatorship back in the 70s.
Awesome reply and thanks so much for sharing those insights Manuel! 👍👍 We really didn't know any of the background history when we visited Arca South this first time around. Really keen to learn more 😊
Lucky you 😊, You've got the first glance on its very first stage of development of Arca as an extension of BGC, that if you could see it in its strategic location in Taguig it is well designed to be connected. Tell me after 10 years or less, that every part, all in between BGC and ARCA will be converted to all its images. Future best investment particularly all expats, ofws, migrant pinoys abroad and yuppies, good for all. I forgot to mention, there is more in the south called Alabang CBD...😊 a potential connection to these currents CBDs....Nice going 💯💢💥👍
Yeah, it's a great feeling and very exciting getting to see a new CBD forming at the early stages. I didn't even discover BGC until 2017 so I can only imagine what it would have been like to see it in the early 2000s. Thanks also for another recommendation to check out Alabang; we've gotten lots of positive feedback for this area so can't wait to head out there. I would also agree that Arca South is in an excellent location and very strategic, nearby BGC and many other areas. Can't wait to see the day when all these districts are connected by subway
Nice place to walk or jog.
Definitely! There's so much space, paved roads/sidewalks and green grass everywhere 🤩
Another city bubble. Never knew there's arca south. Last time i was in BGC was at the turn of milleum Dec of 1999 new years eve at the FORT. The Fort was the only one standing there completely empty. I only see on CZcams videos how they made a first world city in a span of 20yrs. Alabang in the south has that fililvest city, the garden city with a huge festival mall. You guys should check that out. Go south of manila.
Oh wow, yeah, a whole lot has changed since 1999 so I'm very excited for you and once you're back in the Philz to check out all the latest developments first hand. We've been getting a lot of recommendations to head south to Alabang and check out their Filinvest CBD. I haven't been to Alabang since like 2017/2018 so I'm stoked to check it out again and this time more of it. 🤩
cool
🤗
wow i used to work there back in 2017 i was literally one of those who is in charge of electrical systems in the twin tower and its very different from what you show just now
Whoahhhh, very cool to know! I'm sure the place has changed a lot and will continue to over the next 5-10 years.
Nice👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭new BGC
Definitely has a lot of potential and room to grow! 🤩
Can you guys check on filinvest city in Alabang. See if there are updates on that side of Metro Manila. It's another township in the making just like Arca South. But I suppose the progress is quite slow.
new subscriber here, nice tour Jay and Jenny :)
can you also visit the following- Circuit Makati, Bridgetowne, Vertis North, Aseana City, Binondo, Cloverleaf Balintawak, and Greenhills, I and I think many would be happy to see the developments to these areas,
cheers and more power!
The students looks more like in high school. That's big development.
Yeah, there's a good mix and I guess the most important thing is the area is very inviting & safe. 🥰
Go to Pasig also under developing into a beautiful place building Condos Mall n where they put the Football field of the Philippines own by Gocongwie(Robinson Company)
Thanks for the tip! We should be visiting Pasig soon 😊
🙂
