This video really rings true for me. Before a round this week I spent a lot time on the practice green just trying to get the ball close to the hole....didn't think a the stroke just concentrated on the hole and distance and it was great. On the course my putting was terrible because all those club head thoughts were in my head. Thanks for the great video.

Ok question! So say I have a 2-3 breaker and I pick a spot that I want the ball to roll over but that spot is 10-15 feet before the hole. How do I gauge that speed? What spot am I rolling to?

Good question. I always pick an intermediate target very near to my ball then look at the hole to get a feel for the overall distance. Try to roll the ball over your target at enough speed to get to the hole

Another random question. I get the target in my mind and take one last good look at the hole and then when I look down at my ball to start my stroke, I tend to notice my club head going back and takes my mind of the target and thinking about my stroke. Where do you look when you’re looking down? At the ball? In front of the ball?
