I’m visually impaired, and cars on footpaths are seriously a danger.
Sometimes I don’t use my cane and get over confident and walk into cars parked like that.
Last week i was walking at night, sweeping my cane in front of me.
A car was parked out of its driveway and across the path.
I was walking a bit fast on the public footpath, super confident and I hit the car with my cane really loudly.
The owner flew out of his house and started shouting and swearing.
I said “I didn’t see it!”

I held up my cane and pointed to it.

As a HGV class 1 driver and a Martial arts instructor myself i would be ashamed of myself if i ever acted that way ... a poor representation of both .
I always find it strange how a man would get a thrill from using violence to overpower another man. What is their true motive for this and does it go a bit deeper in to explaining what else they like to do. All a bit suspect that.
Ultimately those types of people are insecure and fearful. Martial Arts does the opposite. It humbles you and it makes you respect yourself and others. There's no way this truck driver teaches MMA. He might have visited a Boxing gym once and got kicked out for bad behavior. In MMA, a guy like him would be tapping the floor inabout 3 seconds.
