  • Today we take a look at ALDI National Distribution Centre, Nailstone, Nuneaton CV13 0QP.
We read the signs on the outside and follow the arrow to the development.
Before we get to the gatehouse we are approached by security.
We are then joined by some construction workers who behave very unprofessional.
Warning - This one contains a few swear words.

In the UK, a threat is considered to be a criminal offence if it is intended to cause the victim to fear that violence will be used against them. This could include verbal threats, written threats, or other forms of communication that are intended to cause fear. Note that the threat does not have to be carried out in order for it to be considered a criminal offence. WHAT IS THREATENING BEHAVIOUR IN UK LAW?
In the UK, a threat is considered to be a criminal offence if it is intended to cause the victim to fear that violence will be used against them. This could include verbal threats, written threats, or other forms of communication that are intended to cause fear. Note that the threat does not have to be carried out in order for it to be considered a criminal offence. It is also a criminal offence to make a threat of violence against a person or property with the intent of causing fear or distress.

That bloke acting like he was on the piss out in town. Bad attitude... Until his boss told him to essentially zip it then he wanted to be your best mate shake your hand all of a sudden. And the security saying "f*ck off*. Never seen that before lol. Id say thats a big F for an audit until the site manager stepped in.

The original security utterly failed. Moreover, not only were they completely devoid of any professionalism whatsoever, they behaved criminally threatening physical harm, criminal damage, false imprisonment (physically stopping you from leaving) etc the list goes on. You held up well under pressure there DJ. They guy at the end redeemed it somewhat but overall, what a thoroughly abject performance by security.

No, the guy at the end did NOT REDEEM HIMSELF, the crafty little fuhrer tried disguising himself, and THEN, because the site agent was present, the snivelling little toad TOTALLY changed his attitude and after threatening to put DJ on his arse, had the audacity and cheek to sha dj's hand 😏😏😏😏

A very interesting video & subject indeed. But why are so many people, so aggressive these days?. Great professionalism ,conversation & stance held by DJ (you know, you actually would have made a very good police officer- No, not an insult but the type of officer that we, the public, should have, expect & deserve) Maybe, the constabularies should take note of your outstanding demeanour & could actually learn from it, on how not to escalate a situation but on how to defuse. Well done you, such a gent.
