Author's summary: You never expected to have a lamia as your roommate, but somehow, it happened, and you don’t regret it at all. When the two of you decide to go out to a nice restaurant for dinner, you take it as the perfect opportunity to confess your feelings. But now it’s time to go, and she hasn’t come out of her room yet. Could something be wrong?

Nightshade's notes: Spent a lot of time on both the sfx and the vfx! I must admit, I didn't originally have much planned visually, but as I got into the video editing, I started getting a little... experimental... with her tail. It was fun! And silly. Much like the script!

Our girl not only managed to tie her tail in a knot, but a square knot? How in the name of that exists did you pull that off?
I do feel really bad for her too. That had to be both frustrating, and embarrassing.

Okay, putting aside for the moment the absolutely immaculate voice work, I loved the art! She's so cute! With the sweet li'l smile or the shy li'l blush, I just wanna grab and cuddle.
Now going back to the immaculate voice work, perfect. Every single emotion was just how I thought it would sound, and you made the character feel so sweet and kind.
I feel like I say this every time, but thank you very much for the wonderful fill, I greatly enjoyed, and I hope others will as well!

Sadly, It wasn't drawn yet - plus, they were two separate image files. Had to do it that way in order to add the little animation touches in the video. I did say in the short's description that I had to post it before the art was completely finished if I wanted to give you time to guess - which is not uncommon, I usually do have to start editing the short before the art is entirely ready. Hope you're not too disappointed in me. 💚

Nah, this audio was actually intended for yesterday but got delayed. Though it wouldn't have been a very good Easter audio either. I couldn't come up with any good April Fool's ideas, and then, well, a lot of writers posted April Fool's scripts yesterday and today, but I need about a week to get a typical audio made, so there was no way I could have done it in time. Hope you're not too disappointed!
