+Dave Engwer Bruh its 12 30 for me and Im watching Aiden videos at 26 yrs old. I have complete control of my life! best part about growing up is you can like any band without judgement. Guilty pleasures become pleasures.
I had a hawthorne heights cd that i bought in 2007 and it came with a dvd. It had a bunch of music videos on it and this was on it before the music video it was a short interview with Wil and the bassist i think. I fell in love with aiden. Been one of my favorite bands for years besides AFI.
You're talking about the Victory Records promo DVD that went out with albums on their record label! Haha I remember listening to that DVD over and over.
This album shaped my emo heart back in the day among many others 💜 takes me back. Any other elder emos in their late 20’s/ early 30’s still listening in 2023?
I still remember the lyrics by heart and these days.. I'm a Metalhead who listens to Viking and Power Metal (as well as other Metal genres and subgenres) Once in awhile though, I come back to a time when I was just getting into darker themed rock songs and then Metal music. I eventually "discovered" older bands like Black Sabbath, the big 4 in Thrash, Dio, Motorhead, Judas Priest, etc. "The Last Sunrise" though was one of those songs that lead down this path 😅. I grew up in a family that likes hip hop, rap, and pop (& Filipino music because we're Filipino) so I was very late to these genres. I remember waking up in the middle of night or waking up for school. To my TV tuned to MTV. And bands like Story of The Year, Linkin Park, Good Charlotte, Sum 41, and of course Aiden etc.. It opened my world and mind to more than what my family liked and played. It gave me a more diverse and eclectic ear for music. Now I listen to a lot. Being raised in a family that loves hip hop, we love to dance. I'm one of those. You can take me the club. I'll dance my ass off. Then take me to a Metal or rock show right after and I'll headbang! 😁
Came here for Nostalgia sake. And still enjoy the song almost as much as 10 years ago. Now I was never a huge Aiden fan at all. I do enjoy a decent amount of their songs. But they're like the only band that truly breaks my heart that they never had much more success that I believe they deserve.
@@alvinsmith6032 same. I was young and opinionated at the time, but I think that they were made to look bad honestly. Their MTV commercials always made me cringe, and they are actually pretty badass. They did the main song for Dead Silence and that alone is enough to show me they are cool dudes, and they are. Just wish I would have been able to support them when they were still coming up.
One of my first concerts was Aiden (with Silverstein and Scary Kids Scaring Kids. TALK ABOUT STACKED). I still remember the date. October 30th, 2006. Guess it wasn't just a phase because I'm 31 and this is my gym jam right now. 😂

Well I'm new to the victory record label, I just found one band and started searching through the entire label catalog since everyone else was saying it was really good in this mid 2000's era. Remember seeing Aiden in Orangevale California at the Boardwalk with I Am Ghost and Night Kills The Day when I was like 14 now I’m 27. Great times 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
The year is 2022, this song randomly pops up on Spotify, and now I'm sitting here like damn, this song sounds familiar. Completely forgot about this band, thankful for the Silverstein radio

So much nostalgia. If you can, see them on their last tour "The Last Sunrise" tour. The show is amazing. Even though it's really just wiL and some other guys, they sounded great and it was one of the best shows I've been to in a while.
For reasons unknown I woke up this morning singing this song. It has to have been at least 10 years since I have heard it. First time I ever saw or heard Aiden was when they opened up for HIM in Atlanta back in 06. What a time to be alive.
I don't know about anyone else but this was a part of the golden age of Victory Records where bands like Silverstein, Bayside, Hawthorne Heights, Atreyu and many others were becoming better known. So much nostalgia in this.
This song has been on my mind for so long and I’ve finally found it. I remember seeing a promo for it on Fuse (Anyone remember Fuse? Everyone is saying how they found aiden, it's my turn. Now, I'm a zoomer, 15. Can barely drive, and I learned about them semester one for freshman year. I have been listening to Silverstein and get scared at the time. On my way home from school, I pass a hakfpriced books, and I was looking at cds, for my car, because I dont want to pay for streaming services. I went home and started listening to aiden. Started with die romantic, a banger, so I listened to all of nightmare anatomy, and that is on my Halloween mixtape. Then I set my friends on fire, and the rest of that album. And some convection. However, I managed to track down the aiden CD I found, it's in a different state, and the shipping is expensive, but for journeys sake. I am buying the CD. Edit: holy shit I should write a novel. From someone who discovered Aiden when he was 13 now 24. It's definitely worth getting the tangible CD. All the artwork and memories that come from driving with it on repeat will be nostalgic as hell when you get older.
This was my very first song I heard by them! I was a fan ever since! I can't believe they broke up :( I miss my high school days. I listened to every song and album I had everyday on the bus to school. That was my shit!
My dog Aiden just had to be put down today. I was 15 when I got him and I am 30 now. I love this band hence his name. Rest In Peace my baby thank you for fifteen wonderful years. 🖤
I first heard of Aiden back in 2005 when i was 16. This song was in a Victory Records commercial with Hawthorne Heights’ “Niki FM” and Action Action’s “The Game”
This is so heavy. You got 50% plus accuracy on battle royals, chorus breathes health regeneration, breakdown contributes reload, uptake creates 75% in damage, you win and you have 100% to put eyeliner on

My dad loves this band.
*cries* thissss song brings a tear to my eye
This was my very first song I heard by them! I was a fan ever since! I can't believe they broke up :( I miss my high school days. I listened to every song and album I had everyday on the bus to school. That was my shit!
Same i always listened to Conviction at the bus stop and on the way to school.
2021 still listening im surprised this song hasn't reached 1 million views its a great song.
My dog Aiden just had to be put down today. I was 15 when I got him and I am 30 now. I love this band hence his name. Rest In Peace my baby thank you for fifteen wonderful years. 🖤

Aiden forever ❤
I first heard of Aiden back in 2005 when i was 16. This song was in a Victory Records commercial with Hawthorne Heights’ “Niki FM” and Action Action’s “The Game”
I remember
Nostalgia on New years eve. Who else found themselves here?
2021 still one of my favorite song🤘🤘
People do not know what good music is, this needs more views
This is so heavy. You got 50% plus accuracy on battle royals, chorus breathes health regeneration, breakdown contributes reload, uptake creates 75% in damage, you win and you have 100% to put eyeliner on
The good days ❤
You just awakened something in me wil, thank you.
So many memories
