DON'T BUY ANYTHING ON BANGGOOD (Laotie es18 lite issue)

- The package came damaged. It has got scratches on the paint. The brake lights didn't work. They kept saying not to worry e and ansking for pictures and videos. Yesterday, after one month, they asked me to open the deck and plug two wires as shown in the following link (mega.nz/file/kYBBlTjR#2ZfIfMK.... I did so and another wire caught fire! You can see the burnt wire in the video. They keep rejecting my request to get the scooter back and give me another one. Instead, they ask me to do their job.

Damaged carton (big hole, you could see the scooter through it), scratched paint, brakes light didn't work, they reply not soon, instead of taking the scooter back or suggesting me to take it to some repair store and refund me they tell me to do the work myself and as a result I damaged the scooter even more (one wire caught fire) because the video tutorial was wrong, they offer me just one switch and 35 € (the repair store asked me 105 € and the controller needs to be changed).
@@sergiogiovinazzo2102 really ?! that's insane. I feel that I got very lucky with mine !!! But I don't get it, the policy says you can return damaged goods within 7 days ??? What reason did they mention no to accept the return ?
Hello I just received my es18 and it doesn’t start and and it doesn’t charge this is completely crazy . I send them pictures and videos no reply still do you have any suggestions? Thanks
