DON'T BUY ANYTHING ON BANGGOOD (Laotie es18 lite issue)
The package came damaged. It has got scratches on the paint. The brake lights didn't work. They kept saying not to worry e and ansking for pictures and videos. Yesterday, after one month, they asked me to open the deck and plug two wires as shown in the following link (mega.nz/file/kYBBlTjR#2ZfIfMK8Q3nEDGAgVg0LypfscGmdQ-aNa2xkQwoXpkw). I did so and another wire caught fire! You can see the burnt wire in the video. They keep rejecting my request to get the scooter back and give me another one. Instead, they ask me to do their job.

You haven't watched the video if you say something like that... Do you really think that I didn't turn the scooter on before??
@@sergiogiovinazzo2102you didn’t turn it on in the video. The way you showed here it was impossible to make them work. you should have make a video with the screen on so we can see if the sensors even detect that you push
@@bitterstring6177 no, you are not right. I managed to solve the problem later and all the lights work even if the display is turned off. You can clearly see that all the lights works, there is no difference betweeen them and the brake lights, they have to work as well. I made another video for them because they told me the same as you, so I shown that even if the dispaly was on the brake lights didn't work. The cables were not connected properly, I had to take it to the assistance and they fixed it, Bangood refunded me after showing the bill. Now all the lights work as soon as I turn the key even if I don't turn on the display on the right.
@@sergiogiovinazzo2102 yes of course there could have been a problem elsewhere, but from factory these scooters have brake light only when display is on

Hello I just received my es18 and it doesn’t start and and it doesn’t charge this is completely crazy . I send them pictures and videos no reply still do you have any suggestions? Thanks

Damaged carton (big hole, you could see the scooter through it), scratched paint, brakes light didn't work, they reply not soon, instead of taking the scooter back or suggesting me to take it to some repair store and refund me they tell me to do the work myself and as a result I damaged the scooter even more (one wire caught fire) because the video tutorial was wrong, they offer me just one switch and 35 € (the repair store asked me 105 € and the controller needs to be changed).
@@sergiogiovinazzo2102 really ?! that's insane. I feel that I got very lucky with mine !!! But I don't get it, the policy says you can return damaged goods within 7 days ??? What reason did they mention no to accept the return ?
