  • Welcome to our channel!
We are a young couple from England who love all things travel, Disney, theme parks and theatre!
In the last year or so, we have been fortunate enough to visit both Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida and Disneyland Paris. On both occasions we made use of the disability services available at the park as Jen has a few conditions both mobility-related and non-mobility-related which can make conventional queueing more challenging.
In Walt Disney World, the disability service available to assist with queueing is known as the 'Disability Access Service' or 'DAS'. Below is a link to the website detailing this (a VPN may be required for those outside of the USA) : disneyworld.disney.go.com/gue...
In Disneyland Paris, meanwhile, the disability services available to assist with queueing are known as the Easy Access Pass and the Priority Pass. Below is a link to the website detailing this: www.disneylandparis.com/en-gb...
We outline how each system works and give the pros and cons of each, ultimately settling on which we think works the better.
We hope this explanation video helps anyone looking to make use of the disability services in either Walt Disney World or Disneyland Paris anytime soon. If you enjoy the video, please like, subscribe to our channel and hit the bell icon for all future updates! Thanks for watching!

I just think US Disney parks can do the Priority Card system they just need to ask for proof to prevent misuse,
They can place people who don't have mobility issues in the lightning lane and people with mobility issues throw a dedicated disable line or throw the exit like at DLP.

we went to Disneyland paris for the first time end of may and have to say the priority card worked so well for us

    Brilliant video thank you both!
So useful, being a disabled Person myself with planning my Disney land Paris trip in November this year and also contemplating attempting Walt Disney world in the next couple of years.
    So useful thank you

Thank you Megan, we are so glad we can help. We make videos like this for people like yourself so really pleased it has made things a little clearer. We’d definitely say don’t be held back by concerns relating to disability as Disney generally are brilliant with assistance. Any questions, just ask! 😊

Thanks for doing this! I had the DAS pass at WDW last year and found it super easy to get and use so was a bit intimidated by the process of the DLP Priority Card. I've already completed the online application but hearing you guys speak about your direct experience takes a bit of the anxiety away from when I go to pick it up and actually use in in the park.

So glad to hear the video helped Allie! 😄 Honestly the Priority Card was super easy to sort in the park - we found there was pretty much no queue in the Studios Park when collecting our pass. Once you have it, it’s a lifesaver and the cast members are brilliant and really helpful. Have the best time when you go! 😄

Hi do i need to explain my reasons why i need one?
Ive applied online and have all documents has proof but struggle with explaining reasons

Is this for DAS in Florida or the pass in Paris sorry? 😊 On the call for DAS or if you choose to do it in person, you just need to say why conventional queueing is difficult for you - they don’t ask for proof in the USA. As for Paris, we had to provide a blue badge as proof (there are other things you can show) and it was more a case of them asking a couple of questions (e.g could you climb a ladder in an emergency etc.) so they can work out what type of pass you need as there are different ones for different kinds of disabilities. Please don’t worry though, cast members are all so nice, just try your best to say why queueing is difficult for you ❤️
