  • In today's video we tell you everything about the Easy Access Card (also known as Facility card).
If you have a recognized long-term chronic illness, you can access our attractions more easily (but not immediately). When you show your Easy Access Card and the accompanying 'appointment booklet' at an attraction, we will give you a reserved time slot to enjoy the attraction. After you have used this reservation, you can reserve another attraction.
To get your Easy Access Card you will need an original medical certificate in French or English, signed and stamped by a doctor and less than 3 months old, stating the long-term chronic illness and the number.
Below you will find a list of conditions with which you can use the Easy Access Card / Facility Card.
NB! If you have a disability certificate, you can request a Priority Card. This is a different card than the Facility Card/Easy Access card. The Priority Card gives you priority (but not immediate) access to attractions, shows, Selfies Spots, restaurants and boutique checkouts. Request your Priority Card when you arrive, or save time by requesting your card online 1 month before your visit! You must present an original document issued by the government or medical authority upon arrival to collect it. For a Priority Card a doctor's statement is not sufficient.

Another fun video! I'm going to Disney Paris in July since.. way before Covid, so before they changed their new Accesibility Card system in December last year. It seems to have become a LOT stricter.
I'm still as eligible as I was before the change, but it certainly took a moment to research and double-check.
After all of that I feel like I now know TOO much about how the new system works đŸ€đŸ€

Thanks for a really informative video - I had no idea about this, and it's going to be a huge help because we are going in 2024 with my parents who are in their late 70's and struggled last time with all the standing in line. My Mum will be able to get one of these cards so it will take the pressure off for both of them. I hope that your recovery is continuing to go well Sven.

Lfs, femke

  • @integritysportstravelenter9388

We just recently went to DLP a little more than a month ago (Mid May 2022). Our oldest son has a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder, and they provided him with a Green Facility Disability Pass, which gave our family direct access to the ride with no wait times. DLP has the best disability pass program of the three parks we've been to (DL Anaheim, WDW Orlando & DLP) for children & adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We wish that WDW and Disneyland in Anaheim had similar pass programs as DLP. All we needed was just a written statement from our son's physician and provided that at check-in at our DLP resort. You can do character meet & greets with your disability pass, but only the ones that are considered attractions (like the Mickey, Darth Vader & Princess Hall Meet and Greets).

There is a similar card for when you are pregnant.
What was the problem with the character meeting? Do you need an extra card for this? What did you do „wrong“?
And can you always „queue up“ for only one attraction, or could you do more at once?

But this is not the same ticket/pass you get if you have a "long term disability? I was told as i phoned disney that with a long term disability you do a pre demande for the priority pass and then come with an official (not from doctor or hospital) document and then you buy your ticket and get your priority card at entrance. So their are two different ways to have to get it
