When Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, and Troy Polamalu were in there prime was when the Steelers vs Ravens rivalry was an all time high. I think it’s the best rivalry in football.
The funniest thing about Troy is you see his play and think my God what kind of monstrous man is this..... then hear him talk and he has such a soft voice
Troy and Ed are the best at their respective positions. You cant really compare them. They are both safeties but had vastly different responsibilities. Strong and free safeties are as different as outside and inside linebackers.
As a Steelers fan, I still miss him on the field. I wear his jersey every Sunday on gameday. He was not only a great football player, but a great person. He was tough on the football field and a softie when the game was over. We miss him (and his hair!)!
Troy would be my pick. The guy’s timing was impeccable. He had speed, toughness and incredible agility. Just on a stand point of watching the Steelers vs Ravens rivalry including playoffs, Troy had a far bigger impact in those games than Ed Reed had.
His timing of the snap count was impeccable!!! People used to call him Baby Jesus...he definitely had an intuition about where the ball was going to be. MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE PLAYER IN THIS ERA!!!
That play where Troy jumped over the line is a feat amongst itself, but the more remarkable thing is he knew the snap count. Absolutely incredible, you’ll have linemen that play hundreds of downs on the line and jump offsides.
Hey there dude, I must tell you Troy Polamalu was an amazing football player. He played like he was on fire. His hair was insured for one-million dollars. He was a stud of a football safety. He was really good. He was a ball hawk!!!! You'll see!!!! His actions on the field spoke for themselves. He was BAD to the BONE!!! He had SO much fun out there. To him it was FUN..... He made good players look bad. He was that skilled!!!!!!!!! A true great! Enjoy.........
Troy. Offenses tried to plan around him alone. It proved extremely difficult, basically the Steelers let him do what he wanted on the field without question. They trusted his instincts and to be at the right place at the right time. It's was difficult to prepare for him because you never knew where he was going to be or what he was going to do.
Bro I love your videos, I’d love to see you react to “Barry Sanders” he was an amazing running back (Greatest Ever) played for the Detroit lions, trust me, Joseph Vincent has a documentary on him 💯💯💯
I’m old school in my sports. Regardless of the sport. All of the greats have mastered fundamentals. I love and respect everybody that puts in type of work! It is very difficult to find the GOAT in football. I have my personal favorites and Troy, LT Ray Lewis Ed Reed definitely fall in that category. Thanks for recognizing “work”.
The funny thing about Troy was he was ambivalent about the game itself. Here he was, the greatest, after Ronnie Lott, that I ever saw at the position. He played with passion and abandon. He tried to separate you from your senses. He was a nasty ball hawk. He gave so much to his work. Yet, he claimed many times that he didn't really love the game. In opposition to this you have LT who loved the game. How could someone be that good and that committed, yet not love the job? A paradox indeed.
What's up bro, recently discovered ur channel & hands down my favorite reactor!!! You actually understand the specs. & greatness of these athletes. Keep up the great work & hope u out there gettin it on the Pitch!!! Tellin everyone I know to Sub. to get that 2k..
New to the channel. I think you’re all time favorite would be Bo Jackson. Dude was the best athlete the world has ever seen. Ran a 4.19 40 and was played in 2 major league sports at the same time. Being an MLB all star and pro bowler in the same year
Do Darrell Green!!!! The guy was an Olympic track athlete who became a DB. Insane speed and insane skills! Also Larry Allen, the KTO video shows his strength and speed it’s truly insane for a giant dude!
Tbh it depends on the overall makeup of the d if I need a all time great ballhawk I’m taking reed but if I need a playmaker who doesn’t just drop back in coverage but can also be a demon in the box I’m picking Troy
You HAVE to watch one on the greatest defense of all time, the Legion of Boom, or if you want just one player from it, Bam Bam Kam Chancellor. Or Richard Sherman. Or Earl Thomas. All some of the best to ever do it.
One person you definitely should do is deion sanders. That man was and if not the most athletic human being. Imo he’s be the guy to cover hill. If he played today. But not only did he play in the nfl. He played for the New York Yankee in the mlb. He’s in a whole different category among hall of famers.
Barry Sanders and Adrian Peterson were two VERY entertaining running backs. Deion Sanders was one of the biggest stars of his time and some people who watched him will say he is the greatest nfl athlete of all time he was so fast they even had him play offense and defense at one point.
Loved watching Troy P and Ed Reed tear it up. The best safeties but back to corner backs check out Dion Sanders and Ronnie Lott who was a combo of Reed and Lewis in 1 player. Best defense ever is 85 Bears they destroyed the league.
Wassup I hate Being corny but I really do think your gonna get big on CZcams every ones gonna know your name and I hope you have a good day mr rugby man
If you ASKED Troy and Ed, which was the GOAT...they'd each say the other was.... thats all you need to know... as a yinzer, I have the greatest respect for each and they are EASILY BOTH the GOAT
I know it’s 2 years late but Troy and Ed Reed played 2 very different positions on the defense. Both safeties but one was a strong safety, the other a free safety. Both best at their respective positions
Apples and oranges between he and ED but the instincts, the ability to tackle and IQ on Troy is second to none, ED was better at picking off quarterbacks but he also benefited from having Ray
May I suggest you locate and review Lawrence Taylor and Dick Butkus. Butkus own team mates said they were afraid of him. Both of these linebackers are hall of fame good!
Troy played in 3 Super Bowls. The Steelers beat the Ravens 3 times that year. Beating Ed Reed and Lewis and Suggs. Ed was good. Troy is the greatest safety in my opinion. Troy and that defense were pivotal in getting to 3 SB.
Troy an edd played 2 different safety positions. A free safety ana strong safety. Free safetyis stong outside the box an the storng safety is strong in the box
Hey bro. You want to do a video on a true monster. Go do the Steve Smith Sr one. The dude was often the shortest dude in the field with the biggest heart. The phrase "if you gunna talk about it be about it". Never has applied to anyone more then Smith. Mighty Mouse was a grave digger and he played WR. From punching teammates in the mouth to punching other teams players lol. But more often putting um under the turf.
Reed was someone you’d want because of his Iq on top of amazing ball hawk skills. People feared Reed for his interceptions, of course the man could level you if he wanted...HOWEVER I pick Troy. Troy made people fear him in every way. He was around the ball every single play. He had instincts for a player I’ve still never seen before today, able to predict new plays in seconds before they happen just by simply glancing at it. On top of that, yes Reed hit like a truck, but TROY hit like a goddamn tank and would shave years off your career. Reed was feared for his interceptions and IQ but Troy was feared for his power and instincts. I pick Troy any day and I regret nothing. Best safety of all time and top 3 defensive players of all time for me.
Ed Reed was the type you were afraid to throw it to bc you knew he would probably pick it off. Troy was the type you were afraid to throw it to bc he was abt to put your receiver on IR OR pick it off.
Troy was more about the hard tackles and being at the right place at the right time. Ed was more about the great coverage and picks with great returns.
When Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, and Troy Polamalu were in there prime was when the Steelers vs Ravens rivalry was an all time high. I think it’s the best rivalry in football.
either them or the niners and seattle rivalry
Clay, I still have no idea how some of the payers in each team survived. That rivalry wasn't about the scoreboard, it was personal.
@@chewychew8519 that’s not true at all
Bears vs Packers even though the Packers win almost every time now
Naw New England and New York Giants no kizzy
The funniest thing about Troy is you see his play and think my God what kind of monstrous man is this..... then hear him talk and he has such a soft voice
facts 😂
Truly the epitome of a Polynesian man. 😂 Can bring the wrath of GOD! But would much rather share a meal and a laugh with you.
I rarely see troy Polamalu reactions for some reason. One of the best safeties of all time and my favorite player to play for my favorite team.
Tory and Ed played very differently. It's like comparing Larry Bird and Magic Johnson. They were basically the perfect contrast and both are legends.
On top of being a great athlete, to all accounts he is also a terrific human being.
He'd be my first pick for D.
Cam chancellor, Richard Sherman,Bobby Wagner , earl thomas or just do the legion of boom
Bobby was not technically not in the legion of boom
Do legion of boom
*Kam
Kj Wright too
Troy and Ed are the best at their respective positions. You cant really compare them. They are both safeties but had vastly different responsibilities. Strong and free safeties are as different as outside and inside linebackers.
Do deion sanders!
Yeessssss
Gots to do this one next
YESSSSSS
Plz dooo
Ed reed
As a Steelers fan, I still miss him on the field. I wear his jersey every Sunday on gameday. He was not only a great football player, but a great person. He was tough on the football field and a softie when the game was over. We miss him (and his hair!)!
Both were phenomenal. It was a gift to football to have them play at the same time. But Troy was the best
Troy would be my pick. The guy’s timing was impeccable. He had speed, toughness and incredible agility. Just on a stand point of watching the Steelers vs Ravens rivalry including playoffs, Troy had a far bigger impact in those games than Ed Reed had.
You got to do Devin Hester best kick returner of all time
Where you go fam? Hope you straight.💯💪🏼
You gotta watch BRIAN DAWKINS/WEAPON X the Scariest safety
Sean Taylor would have something to say about that.
@@myopinionmeansmore he was great, but too short of a career to be scarier than b dawk
I agree

This video was great! There’s a reason there isn’t a single dislike after a month. Keep up the great work man you can f-ing do it!
Just subbed and you hit your mark ahead of schedule! Good work bro!
Troy and Ed played different positions and are two totally different but equally great players
Love the videos man, keep it up! Just subbed

He has said that he loves the game but doesn't care to watch it.
You made this video on my birthday. If I'm building a defense, Troy Polamalu is pick 1.
Where you go man? 😪 just found your videos and I need more!
Facts I was looking for this comment yo I’m tryna see if bro ok
What's up bro, recently discovered ur channel & hands down my favorite reactor!!! You actually understand the specs. & greatness of these athletes. Keep up the great work & hope u out there gettin it on the Pitch!!! Tellin everyone I know to Sub. to get that 2k..
You should do hockey. For starters react to "the beauty of hockey" vol. 1 and 2! Lots of reactors do that as their first and it's amazing!!
New to the channel. I think you’re all time favorite would be Bo Jackson. Dude was the best athlete the world has ever seen. Ran a 4.19 40 and was played in 2 major league sports at the same time. Being an MLB all star and pro bowler in the same year
Anyone else new to this channel like this up so hopefully he sees it. Anybody who knows who Bo Jackson is aware “you don’t know Bo”
He didn’t run a 4.19
Do Darrell Green!!!! The guy was an Olympic track athlete who became a DB. Insane speed and insane skills! Also Larry Allen, the KTO video shows his strength and speed it’s truly insane for a giant dude!
I gotchu with the HBO man love reaction channels and each one is different in their own way 🙌🏽
Can you do steve smith next
Tbh it depends on the overall makeup of the d if I need a all time great ballhawk I’m taking reed but if I need a playmaker who doesn’t just drop back in coverage but can also be a demon in the box I’m picking Troy
Also Bo Jackson’s 30 for 30 is a must, the guy played MLB and NFL and both in college and ran insane speed, the 30 for 30 is truly a great watch!
Gotta do the X factor Brian Dawkins
Waiting for more videos!
Aye bro u good it’s been a min since u uploaded
You HAVE to watch one on the greatest defense of all time, the Legion of Boom, or if you want just one player from it, Bam Bam Kam Chancellor. Or Richard Sherman. Or Earl Thomas. All some of the best to ever do it.
Just came across your channel but loving the content! You should do a reaction to Saquon Barkley, Joseph Vincent did a career retrospective on him!
One person you definitely should do is deion sanders. That man was and if not the most athletic human being. Imo he’s be the guy to cover hill. If he played today. But not only did he play in the nfl. He played for the New York Yankee in the mlb. He’s in a whole different category among hall of famers.
Hey dude, who do you play rugby for? one of my old bandmates is playing for the D.C Old Glory
Barry Sanders and Adrian Peterson were two VERY entertaining running backs. Deion Sanders was one of the biggest stars of his time and some people who watched him will say he is the greatest nfl athlete of all time he was so fast they even had him play offense and defense at one point.
New to your channel I’m diggin it! Do Sean Taylor please.
Too soon.
Do either the beauty of hockey vol 1&2 or Hockey’s hardest hits
Gotta check out Christian McCaffrey. Loving the videos. Brings me back to my football heroes. Ray Lewis was a my favorite because I was a linebacker.
My favorite player...the whole reason I played safety the rush is the best filling
Loved watching Troy P and Ed Reed tear it up. The best safeties but back to corner backs check out Dion Sanders and Ronnie Lott who was a combo of Reed and Lewis in 1 player.
Best defense ever is 85 Bears they destroyed the league.
troy was a ss ed was a fs. different play styles on opposite sides of the field, but if i were to have a team hey would be my two deep
Shout out to all the polys!! Good lookin Toko! You should react to Jonah Lomu Lord of the Wings! Liked and subscribed Brotha 🤙🏾🤙🏾
Wassup I hate Being corny but I really do think your gonna get big on CZcams every ones gonna know your name and I hope you have a good day mr rugby man
Troy. Hands down.
Troy is my all time favorite player
Even Ed said Troy was something else.
Ayo u under rated u funny 😆
Polamalu and harrison/
Lewis and Suggs rivalry was insane
Troy for sure
They're both the best in their own rights
Ima huge steelers and Polamalu fan but Ed Reed is the best safety to ever play the game 💯
🧢
Yo you should do a reaction video on the Baltimore Ravens 2000 defense. One of the best ever
Prime time !🔥👇🏾
Troy, always
Apples and oranges between he and ED but the instincts, the ability to tackle and IQ on Troy is second to none, ED was better at picking off quarterbacks but he also benefited from having Ray
May I suggest you locate and review Lawrence Taylor and Dick Butkus. Butkus own team mates said they were afraid of him. Both of these linebackers are hall of fame good!
Should do the Legion of boom, they all beasts!!!
TROY POLAMALU FOR SURE!!!!!!!!
I'd pick ed...they played the same time so both defenses were great at the time
You should do kam chancellor that guy LIT PEOPLE UP he was insane to watch
You have to do Kam Chancellor, dude was an absolute monster. He would be my first pick for a defense any day of the week
Troy a strong safety and Ed was a Free Safety, they could both play both sure but I like to say Ed the greatest FS and Troy the greatest SS
Come back bro! You so slept on
Troy played in 3 Super Bowls. The Steelers beat the Ravens 3 times that year. Beating Ed Reed and Lewis and Suggs. Ed was good. Troy is the greatest safety in my opinion. Troy and that defense were pivotal in getting to 3 SB.
Randy moss you have too especially his 3 receptions and 3 touchdown game
Troy hands down
Troy an edd played 2 different safety positions. A free safety ana strong safety. Free safetyis stong outside the box an the storng safety is strong in the box
Troy btw your channel fire
Idk if there are any documentaries on him, but u should react to Tristan Wirfs, A LINEMAN
I was thinking about Larry Fitz and Steve Smith honestly
you need and i mean neeeeeed to react to julio jones
Should definitely check out Darrelle Revis highlights.
I would really like to see a video on my favorite RB Todd Gurley
I believe you play rugby with a good friend of mine I played football with back in high school. Kisi "Maka" unufe.
You should do a reaction to Eric berry, man was so unlucky
You gotta do a Chris Johnson video on his 2000 yard season you will lose ur mind!
You’re getting a ton of the legends done, but Jaire Alexander is a phenomenal corner coming up right now. You gotta check him out
Yea Steve Smith sould square off with LBs
Keep on grinding and you'll reach the 10k. Do a Michael Jordan vid and you might get there sooner.
Reed was someone you’d want because of his Iq on top of amazing ball hawk skills. People feared Reed for his interceptions, of course the man could level you if he wanted...HOWEVER I pick Troy. Gotta do one the GOATS my absolute DAWG Patrick Willis man he is an absolute goon
Best ol ever
YOU GOTTA DO THE HOLY GRAIL of RB 1.Barry Sanders 2. Walter Payton 3. Emmit Smith 4. Jerome Bettis
Do John Randle too, Vikings defensive tackle
Troy was more about the hard tackles and being at the right place at the right time. Ed was more about the great coverage and picks with great returns.
