I teach using just one of many accents in the world. Please only learn it if you like it and if you are interested in learning it. I do not believe there is one “correct” accent or manner of pronunciation and I fully encourage EFL/ESL learners to expose themselves to as many varieties of English around the world to become accustomed to the beautiful variations of this world language. I focus mostly on teaching “Modern RP” (I may just say “RP” in my older videos, but to clarify, I do specifically mean “Modern RP”), however, you will hear a lovely little Yorkshire twang to my accent from time to time too. Please LOVE and BE PROUD of your accent. After all, it is part of your identity and makes you unique. 💚

Very interesting lesson. Thanks, your explanations are always so clear. There are a lot of mistakes French can do if they translate directly from their language. I always try to think directly in English and never translate from French.

Mam your teaching is great i am a big fan of you
Hello dear Emma,
I have a grammar question which almost no one could answer. In this sentence: " when the cans are cool, the cans containing the cooked fruit are labelled and sealed, ready to be dispatched to supermarkets." we attached the last part (ready to be...) to the sentence with a comma. What is this structure? What do we call the grammar used in this sentence?
I would be grateful if you could answer it.
Thanks in advanced🌹🌹🌹🌹
Your accent is music to my ears ❤️ (hope that sounds good in English 😁)
that's great thanks Emma

It is amazing when you say:very very very))
Your video makes me want to learn more and more cause you explain the lessons so clearly. Thank you! I have many questions but I feel reluctant to ask you more than a question. I'm really sorry 🙏
Go ahead and ask! I cannot always answer questions because of all the comments (they get lost sometimes in the sea of comments), but I try to answer when I can! Don’t worry :) Thanks for joining live and participating!
@@Pronunciationwithemma if you don't mind, I have many questions
1. Does the verb (in general/all verbs) don't need a prepotition (eg. no. 7 and 16) ?
2. Could we use the word "learning" at no.12 ?
(I ask questions so I can learning something new)
3. Could we add the word "with" at no.22 ?
(I met with him in Italy last spring)
4. Could we change the word "to" into "in" at no.23 ?
(Have you been in London)
5. I've been thinking about my question in your another live lesson about "Verbs with gerund and infinitive". I asked "Emma, could we say that the infinitive is an action cause reaction and the gerund just makes an action?" I can't find the answer and still try to understand all of them. It can be tricky by any other example/sentences if I stick in mind about action and reaction. I'm sorry asked you that question.
I apologise for these questions. I'm really sorry 🙏
Excellent class 🤙🤙🤙🤙
