- We are checking out China's first fully robotic coffee machine, that can be used fully remote and makes awesome coffee, indeed. The coffee booth offers 50 different flavors ranging from western classics to Asian favorites. Also it gives you the choice between different variants such as iced, sugar free etc.
The robotic coffee booth is manufactured and developed by Shanghai Hi Dolphin Robot Technology Group: en.cofeplus.com and could be a serious competition to coffee providers such as Starbuck's and Co, especially in typical coffee to go areas.
The key selling point to communicate to potential customers to promote robotics over human is the peace of mind on food safety and hygiene.
Robot never calls in sick after a heavy night of drinking either.
This machine really saved a lot of labor costs and brought guests more convenience
I think it's great so long as those immediately responsible for its operation can keep it really clean, and monitor consumption traffic timeframes so product replenish/restock occurs prior to peak or high demand frequencies. For example, in busy areas, that might mean servicing the unit at 4 AM if sales begin picking up at 5 AM.
I believe that the Robot Coffee Booth would be a practical choice for operating during off-hours. Sure the presence of human staff adds a touch of warmth and personal connection to the service. But the cost / profit formula is to consider. The cost of labor and the quantity of drinks served are directly proportional, whereas the robot does not share the same correlation.

Oh sorry wanna to share with you that this stand isn't a first fully robotic coffee booth in China. Maybe you can say it is a first coffee stand in Mainland China.The real and first one appreaed in the world and China was Cafe-X. Cafe-X was founded and developend in Hong Kong, China since 2014.
