Here in the US, there's a company called Carvana that does car vending machines. They really lean into the whole bit, though. Once you've paid for the car, you're given a large metal token, that's around the size of a drink coaster. You drop the token into a slot on the vending machine to retrieve your car.

Primes have retailing for 20-25sgd in Norway for a while now. Even more expensive in corner stores and private market.
