The core idea behind this video is nicotine addiction. For a long time, cigarette companies have added nicotine to their product to make them addictive, they have even portrayed a macho image of a man to make the product seem lucrative. But times have changed and it has now come to vaping.
Vaping came in primarily as an alternative to those who wanted to quit smoking because of its carcinogenic properties. But, the promotion of these products and the packaging has been made so youthful and vibrant that vaping products are not being used for their allocated purpose but as a medium of fun and recreational use and that’s where the problem lies. Kids find the flavours extremely fun but they do not know that these products are increasing their nicotine dependency and they are going to get hooked on to the product for life.

go cold turkey, guys. it is the only way to quit cigs. its almost 7 months for me.. replacing cigs with vape or any other nicotine supplement is not a good idea. or else you will get dependent on those supplements. in most of the cases, you end up getting addicted to cigs and those nicotine supplements at the same time.

Nepal government and relavent authorities should implement stritct regulations on sell, consumption and advertisiment of nicotine vapes in Nepal. It shouldn't be compared with the use of cigarettes.

Started with 50mg to 35mg to 25mg to 12mg, now i am vaping 6mg only, vaping start gare dekhi cigarettes chhuti sako 2 yrs agadi dekhi, yo month end dekhi 3mg use garchhu ani last 0mg, 3-4 months pachhi vaping pani chhodchhu
