  • Knee swelling or edema can be caused by arthritis, knee replacements or other surgeries. Or it can be caused by injuries or caused by Lymphedema, or other reasons. In this video, I show step-by-step how to apply kinesiology tape (also known as KT tape and Kinesio Tape) to the Knee for swelling, edema, pain, and lymphedema. Knee pain and swelling relief can be challenging to use with compression garments or stockings or braces. Usng Kinesiology tape is another option.

Shouldn’t the ancho be put below the knee and the strips going upward towards the main lymphatic system in the groin area?

Kelly, do you have an opinion on "far infrared" kinesiology tape? I was just served an ad for the Curad-branded ones on a social media platform, and I wondered if it was worth the investment. I'm guessing that they need to be exposed to a light source to get the full benefit?

Can you show a video of how to apply compression between the Torso and the top of the thigh where the thigh meets the Torso in the genital area there is swelling. It is a very very difficult place to have compression because the tapes will roll and don't lay flat do you have any suggestions it is also very difficult when one has to get up to use the bathroom
