Asmon refuses to pay for a cleaning service unlike most streamers. He doesn't like strangers in his house so it never gets cleaned and he has no reason to do it himself if he never gets visitors.

yeah, they basically just use the percentage. So 0,8 promille would be 0,08 in the US since 1 promille is 1/10 of one percent
