- Hello Friends!
I made a hand push block to use the table saw safely.
Tools should be used safely.
It is more stable than stick-type jigs, so it is easy to handle and protects you from accidents.
A versatile jig that can be used not only for table saws but also for electric planes and table routers.

Wow that's rich when you're practically infringing on others designs. Kreg and microjig for instance.
@@rerod Eh? This man is a true craftsman, those others are plastic. It's like saying a Rolls Royce is a knock off of a Kia. Ain't even close.
Tidiness, neatness, cleanliness & many more things UNBEATABLE !! Watching @ JSK-koubou is like meditating 🤪
JSK - Koubou has THE BEST content for DIY shop ideas! Very talented and exercises shop safety unlike many other you-tubers.
Not only practical, but classy-looking as well!
Watching you create this tool, I am struck by how carefully all of the various tools, jigs and clamps in your shop are created.
It is a pleasure to see your various tool and jig projects being used so effectively. You are an inspiration.
Just re-watched this video, again. These are on my "to build" list, along with many other projects. These are quite elegant and functional, and your build quality is second to none. I just love watching your videos. I get loads of inspiration from your work.
Thank you for allowing us into your work space and sharing your expertise with us!
I hate how sleek and clean your workshop looks, and how elegant is the end result of this Safety Hand Push Block.
I'm blown away by the simplicity and elegance of your work. Congrats.
i believe this is the first time i've seen you used a manufactured table saw....i admire your commitment to making your own tools with affordable core components....
If I have any typ of stress by the time that I watch any of your videos by the end it has all gone. Your skill and cleanliness of your workshop is at a another level.
I Love the fact that just about every tool mount, sanding machine, bandsaw table etc etc in this workshop is homemade and they look beautiful.
Very impressed and a joy to watch your superb craftsmanship !
You are so meticulous, you have the patience of a saint.
Kudos to you Sir, that's the most beautiful over-engineered push block I've ever seen. Keep up the great work. thanks for sharing
It's "OVER ENGINEERED" because it's not meant to be just a quick tool just for his shop; but a production piece of equipment to sell to others and make a living. You put QUALITY into something like that.
Similar in design to Gripper products, but more elegant.
@@jerichojoe307 owhhh... that's explanation a lot
@@jerichojoe307 lol why are you getting mad at that person stating a fact? Lol this is over engineered. And if it is to feature its elegance by dressing it up, than all this thing is doing is showing people how to put lipstick on a PIG lol…. That’s basically the same concept
People will find this build extremely well
Made but cmon lol…. All that engineering is useless for the regular Joe who only care about making a push block that functions like the gripper lol 😂
I think he wants it to work *Really good,* and then feel good in the hand while using it.
I don’t think it’s over-engineered in the slightest. I’m hoping to get his plans sometime in the near future, and then make a few for myself and as gifts. A pair of full-on “Grr-ripper kits” is pushing 300 “Lower Barbarian Ducats” in these parts, which is an awful lot for someone on a fixed stipend.
Great visual instructions making words obsolete. Love your machines and jigs.
I bet that wood smells amazing!
Every move so precise and every touch so deft! Every idea a gem.
It was an absolute pleasure to watch your video. Thank you for such an informative presentation and demonstration of your skills. I look forward to seeing more of your content.
These very interesting videos without disturbing background music always have a pleasant meditative aspect.
Thank you for both.
Your work is so precise and you take your time doing it. Always a pleasure to watch you work on even a small little project. Your DIY workshop looks absolutely amazing :)
He's awesome.
20:36 That's the tiniest table saw I ever saw!
That was a VERY japanese performance, I was almost able to hear the koto playing in the background just looking at your movements, congrats with the performance and for the beautiful project.
nice drill stops dude.
Thanks for the details of the video and for not using that horrible music that everyone uses in their youtube videos
Super push block!
Beautiful, useful and perfect tool!! If I built it, I think I would only use it to show off - when I'm alone, I'm just too lazy...
Another cool design meticulously executed. Thanks for sharing!
it's not a push block - it's a master piece !!
Another great video. Im a metal worker myself but your videos really inspire me to start doing more with wood. Can't wait for the next vid
Many thanks
Another quality and precision tools. Awesome work
This is so much more elegant and beautiful than the Grr-Ripper!
Superb presentation-More please
very good work very practical, elegant and perfectly done as always
Beautiful work! Thanks so very much!
This is very impressive! Next spring, I am buying a table saw. I think I shall need the plans, then!
We haven't seen his face but if you want the meaning of clean , tidy, patience and precision probably you'll find a photo of his face in the dictionary.
I really admire your work!
I didn't need the plan to make one of this , it's quite a simple build( with the video i mean ) , but i bought it anyhow to support you since you are a great creator . Thanks for your work man , i appreciate it :)
Agreed. I would purchase the plan as well but don’t seem to be able to locate it on his site. Would you have the link where it’s located? Thanks!
@@BobGarrett66 I'm almost sure that there was the link in the description , but now is not there anymore and on the website in the " plans for sale" section i can't find it , so i guess he must have take it down for some reason .... try to ask him directly through a comment , he usually respond pretty fast :) Sorry i can't help you more :)
ItSeemsDark Thanks anyway. I appreciate the reply.
@@ItSeemsDark Probably to much steel near the blade. It is beautiful, but dangerous.
@@berghauss Steel? i saw him use alluminum , not steel , but maybe i missed something . ;)
Love the design and to see some ideas I may add to my 6x8' workspace...yeah, that small. I appreciate your use of a small (Proxon?) saw--I recently started using a similar saw.
You are absolutely right: safety first, I learned this, again, when I tried to teach my wife to use the little table saw. I may have to adjust the tools, but I want to push her to try again--that's how we learn!
Respect for building all this nice tools. Whe i look at my Drill Press, i could get into the mood building my own. The vertical saw station, wooow, and your little jointer with the Makita build in it...a delight to see. I bet they are more precise then Optimum, Festool or other expensive brands.
Very nice gadget that could save many hands and even lives!
Thank you for sharing, nice work, very methodic, and precise to every detail, with an excellent video, thank you, and have a nice day.
Simplesmente perfeito, parabéns
Fantastic work, man! Really amazing tool! 😃
Paciência oriental, fato! Um trabalho esplêndido...
Elegant and clean work, as usual.
This guy is amazing. Even his apron is a better idea. So many great ideas, I spend much time watching the videos and I don't get the opportunity build. Please keep your great videos coming..
Wonderful jigs you have made for your wisp. Very neat and highly professional
better realization than the other spot I've seen!
Abraço aqui do Brasil 🇧🇷
lol that awkward moment between choosing the fret saw and the router. Inspiring work my friend.
Ein praktisches Tool - eine präzise Arbeit. Gratulation!
Great design and final product.
Very good! Amazing project. 👍
Beautifully done.
You have magicians hands.....video well done!!!!!
Perfectionism 97 level. Nice to see.
2 types of people baffles me;
1. Those that sleep with the opening of the duvet towards their face..
2. People that manage to dislike videos like this.
Advice to both categories;
Get yourself somebody to talk to, you need help.
sleep with the opening of the duvet towards their face 😂
This guy embodies the fantasy of how I think I will do things (the reality is this ADD person cussing and stumbling over everything). Very zen and calming. I don't know if a beginner like me can make this stuff.
What an amazing build.. not very necessary.. but amazing..
Muito legal.
Tem que ter muita paciência.
Parabéns
Thank you for video! It's good idea for my tablesaw! I planing to make it! ;)
Makita must love you! (They should be sponsoring you) Great work. The Gripper has competition.
I absolutely, love watching you create. Thanks, again!
awesome diy & difficult work
I love your inspiring videos :) please keep them coming along.
The things you make are art.
Terrific jigs and stuff you make. Am jealous of your ability and craftmanship. Will try to copy some of your techniques and genius !
Watch out micro jig..lol good stuff !
😉 wow! I searched for this type of DIY pushblock a lot yesterday and I am so glad I found this before making one of the others. It took me to the store and I was and still am in awe. Beautiful stuff. I got these plans and the router sled. Amazing. Will be back for more and will stay subscribed to this channel, and all emails. Thanks a bunch from USA California. Thank you
Ficou muito bom seu projeto parabens
Lovely build
everything you do is just perfect
Using it like for the router table is inspired!
I wish that I was as clever as JSK-koubou
Wow wow. I love watch this push block for saw table or machine planer 👍👍👍
Very well produced video that's given me some good ideas. Thank you.
Another perfect job!!!
Bom dia meu amigo, vc e 10 na arte .
¡Qué gozada de videos tiene este autor! // The videos of this author are fantastic! //
I just found you on youtube. Thank you for the great ideas and high quality work. May I ask what that chocolate color wood is?
I nearly jumped out of my skin when an advert for an audio book popped up!
Hey I’ve been thinking (everybody say uh-oh), if you added some threaded inserts in one side of your push block, it would be easy to mount narrow pusher pieces to safely cut thin rips off of stock. The pusher pieces would just need to be thicker at the top, where they screw on, to allow adequate clearance for the saw blade.
You work beautifully 👍🏻
Maravilloso trabajo… felicitaciones
Very very nice work. It’s beautiful wow! Your skills are super! Great job. Thank you. You are remarkable.
I enjoyed this video. I was impressed by the fence you used. Do you have a video about how to make such a fence?
Your tools look more accurate than industrially manufactured ones, with all due respect.
