The moon scene is actually pretty impressive even considering the moon's gravity. Anyone could have picked up the boulder because of the lower gravity, but shaggy demonstrates that he can also toss the boulder with high acceleration, despite the boulders mass being the same as if it were on earth.

Newtons second law still holds, so you need the same amount of force to give it a certain acceleration, or the same amount of force applied across the same time frame to give it a certain speed. I have obviously never tried throwing objects on moon, so it is plausible (and likely) that the lowered weight of the rock makes it less difficult to throw it, but you still can't just expect to grab a super heavy rock and throw it like a tennis ball. Not even in space with zero gravity! Just in the way you can't just punch a giant block of ice on a frozen lake and expect it to immediately reach high speeds, even though the effect of gravitation is marginal in that case as well.

So while you might be able to push a huge boulder away, it would still require a great deal of energy and momentum on your part to move the boulder even by a little, simply because of the very high mass of the boulder.

Newtons second law still holds, so you need the same amount of force to give it a certain acceleration, or the same amount of force applied across the same time frame to give it a certain speed.
I have obviously never tried throwing objects on moon, so it is plausible (and likely) that the lowered weight of the rock makes it less difficult to throw it, but you still can't just expect to grab a super heavy rock and throw it like a tennis ball. Not even in space with zero gravity! Just in the way you can't just punch a giant block of ice on a frozen lake and expect it to immediately reach high speeds, even though the effect of gravitation is marginal in that case as well.
