- Paul Farrington, Jack Weinberger, and Producer Zack debate what would be considered a successful season for the Bears, Packers, Lions, Eagles, Cowboys, and Falcons. How much can we expect from Caleb Williams and Kirk Cousins in their first seasons in Chicago and Atlanta? What will it take for Jordan Love's Packers and Jared Goff's Lions to walk away winners in 2024? And is it Super Bowl or bust for Jalen Hurts' Eagles and Dak Prescott's Cowboys?

🤣 no disrespect to Jack I’m sure he can hold his own , but when anyone outside of Wisconsin challenges us to a drinking contest it is like a casual planet fitness member trying to compete in the Arnold classic . You guys are awesome keep it up
Jack challenging the entire state of Wisconsin to a drinking contest is the exact vibe I needed today
Jack I am the same size as you, Wisconsin born Green Bay resident. I would love to take you up on the drink for drink offer when you come to a Packers game. We’re professionals in this state!
Jack is a lot more thoughtful when he is mostly sober. His takes were well thought out. As a Packers fan though, Super Bowl champs or bust. Also, Jack thinking he can out drink a Wisconsinite is hilarious. I lived in Jersey for 3 months. Never met a person I couldn't out drink. My fellow Wisconsinites consider me a light weight.
give ziggy the bag, get him back on the show, PAY THE MAN
Adam Schefter reported that the holdout is almost over and a deal is about to be reached
@@ThePaulFarringtonShowGive him the franchise tag. He'll love that
He's on the tag right now holding out. He feels he's earned a long term deal.
Super bowl or bust in 2024 and/or 2025
These windows dont always come along. GB needs to get to a SB.
The time is NOW
i agree, i think they are underestimating the fact that every teams goal is to win the super bowl, the packers aren’t gonna be contempt with just losing in the playoffs even if we make it further than last year
Serious question though Jack. I’ve never been to a Steeler game, but have a feeling it’s a similar vibe to Lambeau. Have you been to Green Bey yet, and if so, am I right? If not, hope to see you soon. Everyone should make the pilgrimage to the Holy Land that is Titletown.
I feel Zachs pain with Ramsey. We had Jaire playing soft zone under joe Barry while top receivers ran free on the side of the field
Not defending Joe Barry, was not a good fit, but Jaire himself has also said he likes/prefers sometimes to line up in off coverage. Which may explain why we saw him line up 8 yards off then back up to 10-12-14 yards off
jack with the shooter had me dying 😭
Jack you aren’t out drinking any of us from Wisconsin lmao
Pack Nation here. I suppose taking one step further into postseason is success so the NFC Championship game would be improvement, although I am, of course, thinking Super Bowl is very attainable. Unfortunately this is not an easy win division anymore, but iron sharpens iron, right? By the way, Jack, love the hat.
i can’t see another nfc champ loss😭 if we make it that far it’s gotta be super bowl or i won’t be happy
The Lions should not be Super Bowl or bust. Last year was the first year they’ve been relevant in 30 years. Tougher schedule, teams better prepared for them, etc, winning the division again would be success
Not to mention they just aren’t deep. Injuries hit and they’re screwed
Paul wear a hat ALWAYS!!!
Ziggy is the Qb of The Paul Farrington show!!!
Can someone answer this, everyone keeps saying how amazing Stroud was and then compare him to love saying stroud had a more complete season and how hes more impressive, but then when we look at the stats, hell even with the horrible mid season from Love, love outpreformed stroud in nearly every category, stroud on had 23 passing tds when we look at that, and we really cant say it was a massive difference because Love had a brand new youngest wr core in the nfl at the time.
Like if we say stroud had a complete season and Love didnt, i cant imagine Loves stats when he has a complete season lol
Id also say Love preformed a lot better vs 49ers in the playoffs than stroud vs balt in the playoffs
Jack Wisconsin is welcoming you with open arms bro!
Jack: My 70-year-old grandmother just watched this and she wants to challenge you to straight whiskey/vodka/tequila shots with tap beer shooters.
This isnt a joke, certain bars in certain places in states outside of Wi will literally limit the sales to a Wi resident because they know they can put them away for an entire night. Ive heard second hand certain bars across the pond will do the same if theyre in the know
I think a successful season for the bears is exactly what packers could hope for like Jack said. Winning season and showing real progress
Us Lions fans are happy we're in the conversation, but, ya, we're good enough to win it all. Obviously early, but word from camp is our secondary is dominating... and that's minus Brian Branch and Kirby Joseph. Holmes may have just built a juggernaut. We'll see when the season starts, but if we start 4-0 or 6-1, we should expect to be the favorites in the NFC.
And to Jack's point about disappointment for failing when you think you're good enough... ya, I remember the Pistons teams of the aughts. They only won 1 championship in that span, but should have won 2, and could have won 3. Sometimes its not in the cards... or 1 crucial brain-fart can cost you a 'ship. And, yes, its very disappointing.
Didn’t expect to take a shot at noon but here I am thanks jack
Dropping a like just for the Wisco hat👌
Love the Vikes new winter warrior uniforms this year.. Sweet....the all white is awesome!
Finally! Jack brings back the eyewear.
Go Pack Go ... we enjoy your show
Yea jack ain’t beating me in a drinking competition. It wouldn’t even be close but I’m happy he’s happy
Also let’s get more random rankings in here lol love that , not my Star Wars rankings but the fact yall did it was great
As a green bay fan I 100% agree with Jack. I just want to see if Love can repeat his success.
As a Packers fan, we’re all feeling Super Bowl win or bust. 13-4 Super Bowl win is our ceiling. 11-6 nfc championship loss is our floor.
GPG!
Love the hat, Jack!
2023 was a "let's see what we've got" year for the Packers. 2024 is Super Bowl or bust.
i agree with jack about the cowboys, every year they are this elite super bowl contender yet it’s been 30 years since they’ve even made it, it’s time for dallas to take it game by game and make it back to the nfccg before they worry about being a super bowl team
Jack is wild. Gotta 10ve him for it 💀
Jack just said confidently that the Lions are better than the Bears yet if you look at last season they split and the Lions had to miraculously overcome a 12 point Bears lead in the final 3 minutes to pull out the first game. You guys need to acknowledge the Bears games vs. Lions as they should have easily won both last season.
To me as a Green Bay fan an 11-5 record with more consistency and a divisional round appearance would be successful. We went on a run at the end of the year however we lost to the giants and buccaneers then nearly lost to the panthers. I want to see Love have 13 good or better games and win 11 of those. Will I be disappointed after the division round? Absolutely! However building a consistent year in year out winner that is primed to be even better next year would be the success I'd be happy with come march. More than that I'm ecstatic, with less ill be down all off season.
PS I love the show my only gripe is you get to caught up in what round of the playoff teams get to, and not focused enough on what is sustainable. Fluke runs and loses are common in football. Need to focus on the overall picture! Go Pack!
As a packers fan as long as we sweep the bears I’ll call the season a win
You guys obviously aren't Bears fans. Yes, they need 9 wins, but one of them has to be against Green Bay for them to have a successful season.
So.. failure assured for you guys again then? 🎉😂
@@jessecook3378 Actually, I'm a Packer fan. But I lived in Chicago for 30 years and I know how they think.
Ziggy is a rock star,it’s true…but you boys are always solid
Packers would win the Super Bowl with Aaron Jones! I’m still pissed about that. I wanted Jacobs to replace AJ Dillon, a great human being but….everything else the same but a Jones/Jacobs backfield would’ve been the Suoerbowl guarantee for the Pack. All it would’ve cost them is a few more million the cheap bastards! C’est la vie. I’ll consider the season successful if the defense becomes a top 10 and they begin dominating some below avg teams regardless of outcome. Then that would confirm they have some years to compete for the SB! Go pack go!!
I thought today was Wednesday for like 2 hours today, because you didn't let us know it's Friday junior.
@ThePaulFarringtonShow First, Jack never ever ever challenge a Wisconsinite to a drinking contest! Here’s the law in Wisconsin:
“The drinking age in Wisconsin is 21. Those under the legal drinking age may be served, possess, or consume alcohol if they are with a parent, legal guardian, or spouse who is of legal drinking age.”
We are raised on beer and liquor! Second, I don’t recall you or Paul bringing up the Vikings today. Are Vikings fans already quitting and just going to watch the Minnesota Wild or Gopher hockey?
I feel like I’m the only one that thinks the Eagles are gonna struggle this year. They looked horrible at the end of the year and they lost one of the most important positions on offense. Kelce was in control of the O Line more than Hurts and they’re getting a new offensive coordinator. I feel like at least they struggle in the beginning of the year until they figure it out mid season. That division has also completely transformed.
Jack, requesting the real OSU, Oregon State.
I just don't have the resolve to watch the show without Ziggy. :(
Y’all know cowboys fan will be foaming at the mouth if they see “them boys” make it past the divisional lmao. You’ll see “it’s our year” every time you open your feeds. But tbh if they didn’t win one or two playoff games the hype would be understandable going into the nfc championship
Stop lying guys, we know that Ziggy is just holding out for a new contract.
Ziggy's undergoing official ritual initiation into Packers fandom.
🤫
Not the same without the Zigster........
i got dallas a 6 maybe 7 wins
You guys blazed today or somethin?
Gopackgo
Wyoming Jack
Packers Successful year: Winning the NFCN and getting at least to the NFC CG. At least. We expect to be better than the Lions. That said, many Packers fans are all in and think this is a Championship year.
Jack I was in Jamaica on a party boat. It was FILLED with Wi peeps and they said it's never happened to them but they drank them out of liquor. So yeah I guarantee they can out drink u
As a packers fan, beat the bears twice and make the divisional round
Zack is a coward for not taking the star wars christmas special at number 1
couldn't agree more, Ryu. couldn't agree more...
Zack needs to stick to football, cuz his Star Wars rankings look like the dolphins post season record
Teams either get better or worse. The Cowboys did nothing to improve. Their coach and qb are in lame duck status. They have no running game, no depth at receiver. They will regress and could miss the playoffs
Packers have more weapons then the Lions
Jack looks ridiculous in those sunglasses and hat. Too much red and I'm from Wisconsin. Plus the state of Wisconsin drinks like your thinking on a normal weekend or event. We're a state of professional drinkers. Not saying you couldn't out drink me but the people your challenge will. We just drink it's our pastime.
Not having Ziggy on the show is worse than kissing your sister
Also need Jack to rep an IU hat. Bonus points if you also sit on a Purdue hat the entire show too
Skinny kid from Jersey bout to get fat on cheese curds after his Wisco drinking contest:)
