KB-star, that was an amazing performance with Wrecking Ball, a song only your type of voice should ever attempt. You've really grasped the stage performance scene with this and the last 2-3 performances. Keep-on soaking up all that schooling from the pros, while you got 'em. Try singing against a too loud cello that's not playing a simple bass line, go ahead ...and see how easy it is. Lol

This was one of my FAVORITE performances from her. Her voice sounds amazing. I like this better than Miley’s version. She fit this song perfectly and the ending was amazing!!!. The person on the Cello really should not be playing at this level and who made the arrangement for them to play needs a review. KB did it perfectly even w the Cello player messing up.

Pitchy but she's a good singer so she can get away with it but the background accompaniment was too loud in some parts esp the beginning.
Sunday nights performance was a step in the right direction, but someone needs to take over song selection for her. Enough with the crying emotional relationship songs. Who wants to be at a concert for even a half hour of nothing but crying feel bad for me songs.

for me she has the most potential as an artist and fan connection with creating her own craft. however something was off with the band and the key she was in and the way the arrangement was done, her voice was great for this song but it was off , these things happen but in a singing contests there's no room for mistakes they should give her more upbeat numbers to show her versatility whilst trying to attract a young fan base . without saying her career has just started and its not about winning when it comes to American idol , if she keeps working hard from here and is under the correct management she will go far from here .

To everyone commenting on the band being off, actually it's been rehearsed and agreed upon and the soloist needs to the best of their ability and not be too pitchy. The judges are too soft on AI contestants now and unfortunately we do not have a Simon Cowell or Harry Conick Jr who actually has the cajones to say so. Without proper instruction people don't improve. Half the time simon remanded someone they got the sympathy vote back in the day or America agreed with him. He knew he was playing the victim and used it sometimes to manipulate the populace into voting for someone who SHOULDN'T have gotten through because of a poor performance. The crack in Kaibrienne voice is unique but it's also VERY prone to being out of tune and pitchy and due to that she was off tonight, not the band. Simple as that.
