    Great video, but would have been very helpful to include the steps needed to activate the pre-heating mode with the iCombi Pro.

    I tried baking sourdough today. I'm more familiar with wood fired ovens but we got this new at work so it beats a regular convection. I manual baked at 500° with 85% humidity for 15 mins, then bumped it down to 385 for another 10 because it browned waaaaay too quickly. Had to bump up the humidity to 100 as well. Might try this setting next time.

      Update. Tried this setting and after some minor adjustments (40 mins, dark), it works like a charm!

      I've never made bread in a wood oven before. We have woodfired pizza oven at work. Could you please give me some suggestions as how to go about it.

    So you still need to add your time depends of the weight of the bread I guess ?
