- A colourfully painted apothecary cabinet made from recycled materials. In this video I use the wood from some very large pallets, and some floor joist off-cuts found in a skip on a building site.

No space no tool's so...I'm just a fun of his work and the way that he make it happened. It's looks like easy. But really . Every time I watch one of his work I'm transfixed

You are the First man, whose has not dislike And has so many likes! I agree! Amazing! 👏
Sir, you never cease to amaze me with your attention to detail. The complexity of making all those pieces come together and fit perfectly, just make me smile with admiration. Its a true pleasure to watch .
Thanks Bob :)
@@EpicUpCycling - Dearest Eric, I'm a _really_ new sub. (& an interior decorator). So, I _beg_ of you, might you _please_ consider giving, us viewers at home, a quick home tour video? Just a small peek into your ongoing journey, thus far. We know you're consistently adding new & glorious masterpieces to your collection. How do they look installed in your home? How are they to live with, such as cleaning & are they conversation starters? What piece is your personal favourite & your partners, so far? Hopefully, creating a video such as it, would be a fast video to film & edit?🤞 To be completely honest with you, this curiosity of mine, comes from the "Apothecary coffee table" video you posted in 2020. In it I've noticed, _extremely_ briefly, that you've done something interesting to your fireplace face... so what is it? Do you mind showing us some of what you've done & curious to see what else you've got going on? How have you taken these one of a kind beauty's & made them apart of your everyday life, in 2021? It's wonderfully suspenseful!😁
Your channel is _loaded_ with inspiration! Thank you for sharing. Please, have a wonderful evening (or day?) Can't wait to see what you'll do next. *hugs from this Canadian gal.🤗🍁 Cheers!🍻
@@Digitalhunny i agree with you! His name is Jason though..🙃
@@stefanbiorserud3343 Thanks a ton for the great, & much needed, info. I'm the type that never _ever_ forgets a face... but names? Oh man, do I suck at remember names. Even my own sometimes. 😂😂
You had me cringing when you had the camera on a piece of timber going through that table saw. Lol. 😄😄😄😄
That was a fun shot to make :)
Me too! But what a lovely object you made, Eric. Excellent upcycling - very inspiring
deeply unsettling XD
Yep, my eye watered. But what a ride!

I keep watching your videos over and over, thanks for the inspiration!
I adore your complete lack of CZcams-typical, inane chatter. Also your work ethic, creativity, and use of reclaimed material.
Thanks very much, Andrea :)
You videos have a healing effect on me.
'Your'.
Typo.
No talking, just building - More Makers should follow this example. Probably the best 26 minutes spent watching a true craftsman. Thanks for sharing. If i had a place for it, i'd pay top dollar for it. I think if the general public knew what went into making such items, they'd pay top dollar too.
Thanks very much, Andrew :)
Your patience is amazing. You always have a million pieces but you take your time with each one. Job would be envious.
Thanks Jack :)
Браво! Какоймчудешнай шкафчик! Восхищаюсь! Удачи!
Another master piece! I love it. The best way to leave a new life to a death scratches!
Many thanks for your time!
Love the Rubik's Cube gag at the end
Thanks Jonathan :)
It's just magic. A magnificent work of wood and without parasitic noise. Just the sound of tools. It's just relaxing. Thank you
Thank you :)
To watch another one of your videos is really a pleasure and worth the waiting. Amazing as always.
Thanks Ricardo :)
I want to double like this!! I saw it twice.
Everything you make I want to build and add to my home. If only I had a tenth of your supplies and skill.
Thanks Marie :)
Exquisite. Simply exquisite. Mondrian does cabinetry. I know a number of herbalists who would covet this piece.
WoW the craftmenship i look over and over
My deepest respect
It's wonderful! Thank you! From Russia with love :)
Thanks very much, Dmitry :)
I felt like you were slicing my ear off when we went through the saw 😂😂 your work is outstanding and very watchable. What you achieved using scrap pallets is brilliant, Thankyou for sharing your mesmerising talent, well done 😊🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Thanks very much, Jackie :)
Young, Fun and contemporary colors. Very nice. less formal, more fun.
Wow, that's awesome! Absolutely beautiful 😍
Thanks very much :)
I knew it was for a women and it would be perfect for a sewing or craft room or for those purposes, i know i have seeing and craft supplies and yhey get everywhere!!! I would kill to be able to build something like this!! But id probably stain it, but i do love the pastels!!!! Pastels r my favorite colors for real!! This whole thing is gorgeous and i want to make on just like it!!!
Wow, that plank pulling tool. Me want!
The ultimate cabinet of curiosity
Thanks Olivia :)
I love you glue up technique with the wedge clamping. Such a smart way to do it.
Thanks Tony :)
There won't be someone running around looking for their fence I hope! That looks great and peaceful.
You gotta admit, this man's absolutely _spectaculiar_ with his hands. Just add, a few ol' power tools & WOW! Mind blown.
Thanks. A whole bunch. My wife loves it. Now I have to make one. Sigh...
Great job!
Thanks Jim :)
Thank you for these videos. Bless you for not overlaying a music track. I find the shop sounds and lack of dialog deeply calming.
Your videos remind me of hanging out in the garage with my father in silence for hours and hours as either I helped him with his projects or we worked on separate projects together. It was the only time I could connect with him in peace; otherwise, we had a very turbulent relationship. He's gone now and I miss those hours of craftsmanship and companionship.
Thanks very much, Kirsten, I'm glad you enjoyed the videos :)
LOVE this .. ! I mean I TRULY L O V E it !!! The colors, the unique pieced sides .. absolutely gorgeous !!
Thanks Sharon :)
What an amazing project, its absolutely beautiful, I hope you can find a special place for that either in your home or workshop Well done
Thanks :)
Every time I watch this man tear down pallets, I think he is "harvesting pallets" rather than cutting more trees. And I see you invented a tool to help tear the pallets apart. People say that the tearing the pallets up is "too much work." That is only because they did not have to do the work of cutting down the trees, getting them to the mills, making them into boards, getting them to market. Getting ahold of wood to build with is always a lot of work. It just depends on who is doing it and how much damage is occurring in the process.
Dude i've been thinking of getting into carpentry and/or ebanistery and you're inspiring me way too much. Thanks for your channel and the way your videos are made, it's a weird ASMR
This is one of the first things an upcycler needs to build to accommodate all the hoarding that comes with the job. If I built this, only one drawer would fit. Every drawer after that would have to be built to fit it's hole.
My friend you are a true artist because turning wood pallets into these beautiful pieces is not for anyone congratulations
Thanks Alexandre :)
Discovered your work during our latest lockdown when I'm struggling to cope psychologically. I find your videos so calming; no commentary, no attempt to 'instruct' but a joy to observe a craftsman calmly bringing a detailed project together without fuss and bother. I did make the mistake (?) of letting my wife see your 100 drawer cabinet video and now I have an order for something similar! She accepts my tool skills aren't quite up to your standard so will settle for something simpler and I get a planer/thicknesser out of it :-)
Thanks very much, Max. Hope you have fun with your build :)
Как старые деревянные игрушки, с совремянем потёрлись и стали старыми, так и мебель. круто.
That japanese handsaw looks such an amazing tool to work with...
It's very nice to use. I highly recommend getting one if you enjoy woodworking :)
The colors reminds me of blue jeans. I love it ❤
Thanks Tiffany :)
That, like all of your videos, was incredibly impressive.
Thanks very much, Peter :)
Having a sizeable, well stocked, workshop. All the tools you could ever need, and the skills to use them. Being left alone to make stuff to your hearts content. A little piece of heaven right there!
Probably, the perfect 'Man cave'.
Fantastisch wat deze man allemaal kan !! Zijn fimpjes zijn enorm rustgevend,,,,,,,je zou gelijk je materialen nemen en er direct aan beginnen !!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
that squeak of a good joint as you put it together. *chefs kiss* i aspire to your level of joinery mastery.
Thanks Raelyn :)
Beautiful Piece, Expertly Done--Thank You Very Much
Another epic build, its kind of funny, we are in differant countres but yet i make my drawer slides the same way, was taught that 20 years ago when i worked for a furniture maker, still do to this day. the joinery was of the charts on this.just awesome
Thanks Brown Dog :)
I take my hat off to you sir.
Performs different techniques of cutting, assembly, painting, etc.
He deserves all my respect.
Thanks :)
There is everything to love about this piece! The craftsmanship, the design, the color choices. I'd pay a lot for this piece and count myself thrifty and lucky. Seeing it in situ, I can see a small child falling in love with it and spending lots of time rearranging the drawers by color and putting special items in specific drawers. Pure magic! Thank you so much for sharing ❤
Thanks Mary :)
The side design is just so cool. It absolutely makes the piece. The joining of soft colors and weathered look definitely don’t confine it to any particular area. I can see this being used pretty much anywhere from a workshop to a baby’s room. Another win!
My wife's got it in her sewing room ☺
Great example of skilled joinery, nice to watch.
Thanks :)
Комод бомба !!! Великолепная работа !!! Браво мастеру !!!
P want too say, more than, wonderful.
I think this is a japanese piece of furniture. Once I have seen One. Beautiful
So simple almost like IKEA

Very nice! Perfect companion to my morning coffee....
Thanks Walter :)
What skill a pleasure to watch.🇨🇦
Beautiful design, fantastic build and great editing on the video. Thoroughly enjoyable watch. 👌🏻👍🏻
Thanks Neil, glad you enjoyed it :)
If Carlsberg did cabinetry using old pallets, they'd "probably" be the best cabinets in the world.
Eric does do cabinetry using old pallets, and, they "ARE" the best cabinets in the world.
Keep 'er lit Bro!
Thanks Ivan :)
Great job old to new top gun workmanship love it.
Thanks Grant :)
Three things: 1) You must really love woodworking. 2) You must have the patience of Job. 3) This is absolutely stunning! 😊
Thanks very much, Tracey :)
No other words other than epic by name epic by nature! Well done sir!
Thanks very much, Ruth :)
You really are amazing. I do like watching woodworkers. But I must admit that so far you are the best in my opinion. It is amazing how much you can do with scrap wood. Keep on going and please do share with us your work.
Thanks. More coming soon :)
I love my Pallet Buster. Couldn't break pallets without it. :) Awesome Job as Usual.
You are the Bob Ross of wood working. Love your videos. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks Ryan ☺
Oh my goodness, it is so gorgeous! I can't believe that you made it to show me your video, I wanted to learn to be a carpenter any day I wanted so much in my time. I am 63 yes old, is it too late to learn to be a carpenter? Thank you for showing me this, amazing job!
Thanks Theresa. I don't think it's ever too late to learn carpentry ☺
@@EpicUpCycling thank you, have a great day. Bye
Such patience and thoughtful skill. Beautiful! 😁
Thank you Lindsay :)
Well, the quality of the frame wood is impressive. Much better than much of the kiln dried stuff you can get today. The final effect of the faded pastels is simply amazing. A beautiful job with so few power tools used.
Thanks Norman :)
Another amazing piece. I love apothecary cabinets anyways. But the way you made it amazes me.
Thanks Angie ☺
Out of this world !!!!! ... What a great job thanks so much
Thank you :)
Thank you so much for sharing with us this kind of beautiful video. Please keep going! You are really inspiring!
Thank you :)
This is a piece of art. Congratulations!!!
Thanks very much :)
Another outstanding piece.
Thanks Lostboy :)
Lovely job! I was impressed that you started with the drawers...
Thanks Steve :)
BRAVO to the Master! Smitten on the spot with this locker! In the absence of a Master like you, I used Ikea dressers, which I placed in several tiers, and the drawers were pushed out from both sides of the structure. The base was on wheels and the structure was easily deployed. This improvised chest of drawers consisted of 36 small drawers where sewing trifles were stored. Unfortunately, due to the move, I had to part with this treasure and now, in a new place, I'm just dreaming about such an acquisition. Do you take orders? Although, probably, your things are too expensive... With sincere admiration and best wishes for health and the implementation of new projects!😍👍
The 3 E's in one video. (Epic Upcycling, Epic Joinery, Epic Design)...probably more! Was blown away at your joinery on this project and actually said OMG out loud when I saw the beveled mortis. Built like a brick and sure it could withstand the airplane drop test. Loved the pastels and 3D side panel (quite the jigsaw puzzle). A Real Pleasure and learning experience with great videography...Thank You!
Thanks very much pjsalchemy :)
So much of your work is repetitive (the building techniques, not the results!), and I love how smart you are with stop blocks and batching. Excellent work as always!
And a nice jig at 14:50-ish.
Thank you :)
Love the build, personally could do without the pastels personally. Gives me nursery vibes. But the build was very nice and makes me want to make one like it
Thanks :)
God I'd love to hire this guy to make some stuff for me. I'd pay so much.
Fantastic what an artist you are! God Bless You!
Thanks Joyce :)
Beautiful! Unique!👏🏻
Well this certainly puts my woodworking talents into perspective. I'm going to start knitting classes next week. Museum quality projects from junk wood. The best pieces I've ever made in my forty years of woodworking look like pathetic pieces of junk next to your efforts. Can't wait to see the next video so I"ll feel even lower than I do now.
Thanks for the comments Charles :)
Beautiful mate. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
Thank you Cathy :)
Another Great Video!!!! Thanks again Tricia.
Thanks very much, Tricia :)
WOW! Simply Fantastic! Great work!
Thanks very much :)
I want to be just like you! What meticulous work!
Thanks Eric :)
😍😍El aspecto final es maravilloso!! enhorabuena, gracias por compartir
This reminds me of quilting
The saw shot was more trilling then a ride at the amusement park😳💖🤣
And yet another FANTASTIC and highly creative peace i would gladly adopt in my home 👍✌️ you are a very fine artist and craftsman. Can’t wait for another pile of wood that ‚becomes‘ a beautiful furniture
Thanks :)
Good to watch. I make similar items mainly drawers in all shapes and sizes. Apply the same technique mixing emulsion paints, rub down then wax. Great work your turning out and just love the old Dewalt Radial Arm saw, had similar for well over 30 years. Keep up the good work.
Thanks very much :)
This is the second video of yours that I've watched. You do nice work.
Thanks very much, Brian :)
Il est superbe ce meuble ! J'adore le concept de recyclage :-) Merci à vous pour le partage !
Thanks :)
Good evening from St John Parish, Louisiana 10 Jan 21.

WOW, very nice. But, I think I would have liked to see it given a satin varnish.
Merci mon ami, pour ce partage.tu es le king 😉👍👌👌👌
