I would add to the list Bagapi! Even without its paid gallery, it is quite helpful. You can draw any plan you want and it will turn it to walls like revit.

You forgot to mention that Sun Aligner is actually only needed in Eevee, since Cycles will cast proper shadows just with HDRI.

What you're asking about is the blender BIM addon, I didn't have the chance to work on it yet but you might need to check it out, and I think it's free blenderbim.org/

@@4vrtex It depends on where you live, but in general you calculate your payment based on squared meters or the number of render shots.

After I get this error when trying to ge 3D building. " blenergis addon error " please define the query extent in orthographic top view by selecting a reference object" any suggestions ?
This is because BaseMap is not selected and click to select the satellite image and then run it.

By any chance you operating on a Mac system, it seems like some blender versions don't support the GIS on mac, so try to Download some older versions maybe( 2.79).
IF not please write the system and the blender version you operating on.

can't find the GIS addon in my blender
Sometimes blender remove add-ons from the default list with each version out, so you need to Download it.

JARCH Vis hasn't been updated for 3 years now. you can safely assume it is dead.
Is this voice an AI voice or something? it is really weird, a bit disturbing and very annoying... but anyway I don't see Blender GIS in my Blender. Time to hunt down this damn add-on.
