What is great about that? I think you are missing the point of this man and documentary. Has absolutely nothing to do with color!

The best comment in this whole thing (that we can all use in our everyday life) is when he commented how he was looking for people to join him. He would ask people and they would start asking questions and he knew they were not the correct fit. He needed people who would just say yes and figure it out as we go. I can't tell you how much that translates to everything we do. You can tell in the first 10 seconds if someone is the right fit. The "right fit" will say "Oh HELL YA" and then start asking questions.
