THE SECRET BEHIND A TENDER BREADED PORK CHOP

  • RECIPE:
    1kg Pork chop
    25g Onion Powder
    25g Garlic Powder
    Just needed All purpose Flour
    Just needed Cornstarch
    Just needed Panko
    30ml Vinegar for marination
    3pcs Egg
    to taste Salt
    Oil for deep frying
    TIPS:
    *To achieve tender pork chop marinate it in small amount of vinegar. Acid from the vinegar helps it to tenderize the meat.
    *How to prevent your pork chop from curling while cooking? Just score/slice the fat of the pork.
    *Organize your work place, it is easier and faster to prep I promise you that.
    *Clean as you go

    All it takes is 2 minutes on each side ? Really ? I’ve been over cooking my pork chops all my life . If this is so I’m so happy to have found you. TY

      Because my pork chop is 1/2 inch thick, thats why it is easily cook. Thank you for watching. 😊🫰🏻

      I use my temperature reader and mine are a little thicker . It takes a little longer

    I just made this now, followed your recipe to the Tee. I’m eating it now with baked potatoes, southwestern corn mix, baked biscuits and applesauce, you gotta have applesauce with pork chops. Thanks for the recipe it’s delicious

    One side each, 1 time in the oil. Never flip them multiple times. They will be greasy.

    Also what kind of vinegar? Would balsamic work or does it have to be white?

      Vinegar has to be white, balsamic will have a different taste. 😊

      @@sarita8245 Try both and see what you like better. Recipes are just a foundation, it’s up to you to build on it what matches your particular tastes. I would even try red wine vinegar :)

    Guess Im outnumbered, the music is very distracting, loud, and repitious, but the pork chops look delicious.
