Is this video still accurate to current similar products?
The demonstration is clear and understandable and the product sounds user-friendly, but I wouldn’t rinse the brush in the sink because of the risk of a clog the drain.

It's actually an update. Our TAP Mold Builder has been discontinued and have been replace by this product. This new product have improved features than the older one.

Do i need to seal concrete first before i apply latex

Concrete is somewhat porous, so I'd expect sealing to be necessary to prevent the liquid latex from sticking.
