It’s interesting that with the same drill the common drill you didn’t put it down on the plywood or the wood whatever the same way as you did the other one, you held it up with no pressure on the back, and therefore it was more likely to fail, just an observation, not here to cause any waves.
I think the "how" would have been more useful here than the "what".
These are gorgeous! They glow a lot more intensely than stock acrylic! I need one of these in my back window to say BACK OFF!

Only reason to back it is it will be on wood
It has a sheen to it, but a slight texture is what makes the illusion… not glossy, but definitely not matte either.

What machine are you using?
Burn (reverse drill) and dont push down. I burn-in wood that may crack or split. Tape will keep scrap from scatching unsealed plastic.
I have a lot of off cuts of Axgard Clear UV Polycarbonate can the edges be Flame Polished ?
Polycarbonate doesn’t do well with flame polishing, edges turn black and sooty.
How do you open amac boxes
